Tries to send threatening letters to state they will close “claim” as zero fault to Tesco despite driver admitting liability and witnesses - truth to the matter I wasn’t silly enough to go through this cowboy so called third party and let my insurance deal with it directly with Tesco actual insurance. My car has been fixed and returned within 10 days and my insurer claiming back off their actual insurer.
AVOID PEOPLE - use your insurance!!

i have zero idea who this company are Tesco instructed them on their behalf clearly because they are cowboys who do not look at evidence and side with Tesco. I took my car through the tesco carwash at which point a 12 foot metal panel collapsed on my car damaging the rear end. 2 weeks pass by and they write me an email saying that Tesco have decided nothing was wrong with the carwash and they will not be taking this any further. I have photographs and a eye witness statement however Sopp+Sopp didnt even ask for this as clearly they work for Tesco.

My vehicle was hit whilst parked on my drive by a Tesco delivery driver who admitted liability. The whole process has been painful & is still not resolved.
Europcar was used for car hire which had more damage than my car going in for repair, much of the damage not listed on the handover form.
The accident repair centre completed repairs after 2 weeks to a poor standard. I have multiple paint runs on my alloy wheel (should have been powder coated to original spec), the wheel arch trim is of a rough texture which doesn't match the other areas of the car & steering is still out.
Sopp+Sopp are extremely difficult to get hold of and fail to take ownership that my car has been returned in a worse state. The repair centre also took the hire vehicle when it should have been left with me.
I am now refusing to let them rectify the issues & have submitted quotes to properly repair my car to pre accident condition without cutting corners. I am still waiting for a response after 1 week.
Next step will be the Insurance Ombudsman as the service provided is well below par.
If you are unfortunate enough to be hit by a Tesco van please use your own insurance company to save many hours of chasing.

Excellent company, especially the staff. The company they work for, Eurocar, on the other hand were appalling. Thanks to Sopp and Sopp I actually got a courtesy car, and they sorted out the insurance for it too.

After 3 months we have finally had our car back! Sopp and Sopp should be blown off the planet..... They did give us a replacement car but kept stopping the insurance on it and declared it as a stolen vehicle. Taxi's to school, will they pay for these??? They tried to take 3 payments from my card, so I have had to block it and get a new one.....no shopping no school meals and all other needs have had to wait until new card arrives. AND where did they get my bank details from???? Fraudulent company. DO NOT USE. Erika Kirchner

Awful service they don't answer their phone and I have been left hanging on or cut off - Sainsburys use them and you cant even complain to anyone as no one takes responsibility - their handlers terminate the calls.

I was just ran off the road buy an HGV ( DHL ) i think , as thats what shirt the guy was wearing. Anyway the HGV driver changed lanes without looking , smashed the rear quater of my car , spinning me out , slamming me into the centeral barrier which resulted in whiplash and my car being destroyed . With this being my 1st ever collison i wasnt sure what to do . So i notified MY insurance first over the online app. Within an hour i had enterprise rent a car ring me , befor my insurance did , saying they have a hire car me . THEN sopp+ sopp rang on behalf of the HGV that hit me , they offered to pay for repairs etc like other reviews BUT i would need to cancel my already booked hire car with MY insurance and cancel my policy too , i wasnt sure what to do but had already notified MY insurance and wasnt sure what sopp+sopps game was so i declined . After reading the reviews im kinda glad i did .
I got hit on the 15th and with MY insurer , i had a hire car within an hour and was paid out for my car what was " written off " the next day . The HGV driver is clearly at fault but sopp+sopp is being used to keep costs down THERE END .
I had to pay my excess as they havent admitted liabilty yet which they better do or i will lose my excess and NCB which isnt right as i was ran off the road ?
Anyway , sopp+sopp were quick to try and intervein but looking at these reviews im glad i didnt agree.
