I can only thank Sop & Sop for their assistance. After a lorry (I won't embarrass the company) smashed the front end of my stationary vehicle on a
Sunday afternoon 150 miles from home. They were in contact within 20 minutes of the accident, arranged to get me and my vehicle back home, arranged for the pickup and repair of my car plus supply a replacement vehicle. Had it not been for them I would have been in real trouble as I tried for over an hour without luck to contact my own insurance and my vehicle accident assistance line said they couldn't help. My vehicle was returned in perfect condition within a week and all is well.

I had to chase them up on my claim. Did not respond to emails for 4 weeks and the company they choose to repair my vehicle which was hit by a Woking dust cart as unbelievbly bad. DON'T let them get involved in an insurance claim. Use yours.

When a Tesco delivery driver reversed into my car, I was reluctant to use Sopp & Sopp after reading such negative reviews on here. However, I’m delighted to say the service I received was fantastic! They were prompt and efficient - my car was collected from my home at a date and time convenient for me, and a beautiful courtesy car delivered less than a hour later. The repairs took two weeks, which was longer than I expected, but I believe this was down to staff shortages at my local Ford garage rather than anything to do with S&S. It didn’t matter as I had the courtesy car anyway. My car was returned in perfect condition today, and the courtesy car will be collected tomorrow as today wasn’t easy for me. Overall great service and I wanted to share a positive experience!

I am very pleased how Sopp Sopp dealt with the insurance for my car when a Tesco van tried to rearrange the side of my car. My own insurance did not have to get involved at all. I had a curtesy car. And the repairs to my car were carried out within 8 days.

I manage a small children's charity in Manchester, whose van was reversed into on Wednesday 12/5/21 by a TNT vehicle.
We were approached later that day by Sopp & Sopp offering to recover our vehicle and provide a replacement hire,
Three days after the stated date of recovery, it has finally been recovered after numerous phone calls.
As I write this, 5 days after the accident we still do not have a replacement vehicle,
We have been misled and misled again and again, so much so that I have requested to speak with a team leader/department head, only to be told that's not possible,
I have also been refused a works email address for any individual member of the management team in order that I may discuss the matter directly with them.
If they'll treat a children's charity like this then is it any wonder so many reviewers refer to this company as "cowboys."
TNT you should be ashamed of yourselves for having anything to do with Sopp & Sopp.

"Cowboy Company! Go to Tesco themselves!"
They work on behalf of Tesco but found out after 6 Months they took it upon themselves to make a decision on an incident and had not even consulted any Managers in Tesco about it! They knew nothing about the complaint!!
Tesco have offered a goodwill Gesture because even they do not believe my complaint was handled very well and yet Sopp & Sopp act on behalf of them?? An absolute joke of a company! No trust in them at all. If you get rejected then speak to Tesco themselves! The worst thing is that someone from their own office LIED and told me Tesco rejected the claim when Tesco never even knew about it!
I have reported this Cowboy Company and their inability to actually investigate incidents properly and thoroughly.
Do not be fooled by them!

Again the theme continues with Sopp + Sopp and Tescos. Third party companies like sopp + Sopp refusing my claim when what they have mentioned is factually incorrect.
A trolley attendant was collecting trolleys in the car park. A trolley he was handling (not customer or weather related) moves and hits my car.
They have based the rejection on a stray trolley or weather related!
Sopp + Sopp just reject the claim as an incident management company pushing claims away

Horrendous customer service. Have written 6 emails to them with no reply over the course of 4 months. They deliberately have chinned me off. They refused to provide evidence to my claim against them for causing damage to my car when i asked for it. I can see why there are so many negative reviews about them!

"AWFUL AVOID IF YOU CAN"
I witnessed my car being scratched by an Ocado delivery driver. 5 weeks on no progress....they say they have closed the case and are struggling to reopen it. Shocking customer service which will back fire on Ocado.
