Like many others, would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Never call back, get every task wrong, do not follow up queries... Avoid if possible, except my car pranged by BT van driver so have no choice but to deal with them. Repair garage will not deal with them either unless paid upfront due to their 60 days terms and not paying others.
