The job has been impeccable; car washed and clean. Thank you for that!
They kept me informed which is another plus.

What a joke of a company. Council van has bumped into my car on 19th Jan 24. Sopp Sopp , their insurer, proposed their garage. The car was collected in the end of March, so 2 months after the incident. Was in the garage for a month and repair hasn’t been even started and my car got additional damage made in there.I took the car back and agreed with Sopp Sopp they will pay me instead , so I can fix it myself. That was end of April. Still hasn’t received the
payment nor any communication whatsoever. Called them today and been told that now another company is dealing with it. Absolute scammers

My car was hit when parked by an Ocado van, sopp+sopp were put in charge of sorting this out. The damage was to the paint and the impact also causing the exhaust to snap, after two weeks I went to collect my car and the exhaust was still not fixed.
I called to sort this and the guy on the phone agreed that even if there was wear to the exhaust before (considering it has its MOT three months before with no issues/advisories I don’t think it could have been that bad?) it was the impact that did the final damage. A week with the car left in the garage and then I get a call to say they won’t be repairing the damage and I also had to collect my car that day…
The garage that were doing the works were great, but the fact I had my car hit and now have to pay for damage that wasn’t previously there doesn’t seem right. The communication was poor, not telling me what had been signed off during the process, telling me at 11am that my car needed to be collected and the hire car Insurance was to stop at 5pm - meaning I had to drop everything in order to be able to collect the car before the hire car was stopped.
The whole thing was stressful, from a company that should be supporting people that haven’t done anything to be put in that situation.

Without doubt the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been chasing a resolution with this company for over 3 weeks. I’ve been repeatedly promised call backs from the man “dealing” with my incident and have heard nothing.
