My car went in for repair of the bumper circa 2 weeks ago - volvo XC40, after speaking to Olivia today ive been advised it wont be repaired in time for my holiday next Wednesday. The only communication i have received is the call i made today, therefore im not confident that my car will be returned anytime soon ?

He was polite, efficient, thorough and went above and beyond what I expected. The final result was that my car was as good as new.

The only thing that let them down was their AI-driven automated phone answering service which, not matter how I tried, was unable to help at all. So, none of my 3 calls received satisfactory responses - the system appears to still be in Reception class at primary school in its learning journey.
