Worse insurance company in the universe! Awful disgusting uncaring. My car suffered a minor dent 6months ago #still haven't got my car back! Honestly and no courtesy car! Not even offered! FED EX drove into my parked van,
sopp sopp got involved contacted me to get the keys for the van to be taken away for repair ?
this was not possible as it had furniture in the back loaded and wasnt being dropped off till the following weekend, they then send me several emails regarding no contact, thats not true i spoke to you several times, all you are interested in is milking the insurance claim to give me a rental vehicle which was not required, then you email to say no contact this is the last time we will engage with you, if you do not contact us we will close the case, even after i have already emailed you to say the new wing was ordered being painted ready to fit and that the vehicle was being repaired the next day,the vehicle was repaired,then i send you the invoice and nothing, i have chased you for the past week, sent you the evidence and the pictures of the damage done by FED EX and pictures of the new parts fitted to vehicle, along with the invoice, nothing, no response at all even after emailing you every day this week, you dont care,management company - it would seem that you cant manage a simple bank transfer for the repair costs,never mind just shows what a professional out fit you are ?

My Car was hit by Travis Perkins just over a month ago now and a note was left on the car with the contact number for Sopp + Sopp.
Engagement from the company has been nothing short of embarrassing. I've had one conversation the whole time and that was to report the collision, when I've called back up they can only tell me that it's still in progress. I'm now in contact with another company called Keoghs who are just as incompetent as Sopp + Sopp.

Terrible Customer Service, No communication, told different things by different people and Keoghs, Sainsbury are just as bad!
I hope that one gets hit by a one of their drivers as you will find it near on impossible to get through on the phone, they don't reply to emails, they ask you to send evidence, then say they can't access video footage even after sending in their desired format!
Three weeks since starting claim with them, on average 15-40 minutes on hold to get through on the phone and I still haven't been reimbursed for the repairs to damage on my car
