"One of the worst companies you might…"

One of the worst companies you might ever have the misfortune of having to deal with. I wonder if their clients, such as BT openreach know how poorly they treat people.
My car was wrote off when an openreach driver went into the back of me whilst I was stationary at a zebra crossing with enough force to cave the boot of my car in. The drivers response was "why did you stop". Well clearly he wasn't paying attention to the pedestrian about to cross at the crossing and then his attitude was it's only minor bumper damage. He then said his manager would ring, left his number and could not wait to be on his way. Oblivious to the injury he had caused, most of the day was spent at hospital trying to chase him and openreach up. Much later that evening a text message was left by sopp + sopp. I rang them, it was around 5.30. The girl on the phone said it was to late to deal with the incident and I have to ring them tomorrow. Found out the next morning that they should have started my case last night, as they don't shut till 6. This was sopp + sopp themselves telling me this.
From the very start of this process I have had to chase them. No one will ever call you or email you back, despite what they say. If you want to put in a complaint you are not able to as they will lie and tell you they have put the complaint in and you will hear in 48hrs. They will not even email you their complaints procedure even when asked to multiple times.
After chasing them for weeks they gave me a courtesy car for 28 days whilst they got an engineer to assess my car using only photographs. When they eventually offered either a pay out for the car, or a payment to keep the car and sell or attemp repair myself, I asked for a few days to speak to a friend who works in a garage, what their opinion was, if the car was repairable. I recieved daily emails and phone calls to say they want the courtesy car back, despite there being over a week left on the rental and that they were doing me a favour giving me a hire car. I was told I have to make a choice within hours or they would cancel the insurance on the hire car. They were boarderline bullying.
They are an awful company who have no care for you if you have the misfortune to have your car damaged by one of their clients. They will lie and lie. How the hell this company has ever won any awards is unfathomable.
Like I say you will be blocked from making any complaints so you can't win.

"Nightmare company don't let them get…"

Nightmare company don't let them get involved with your car repairs claim,had my car paint runined by there authorised garage Pleck autos,the car has come back with an orange peel effect have complained for months with no outcome car has been inspected by a reputable company and say its the worst paint job they have ever seen know have contacted the ombudsman and citizens advice bureau as my nightmare continues!!!!

"Third Party, Third Rate company"

Bad experience from this company, vehicle was damaged by Tesco van, repairs carried out by roadside repairer, recommended by sop and sopp, repairs are substandard, but sopp and sopp will not assist to rectify the problem. Would warn anyone not to deal with this company or Rapid Repairs.
Further to my comments about sopp and sopp, I replied to the email address with the reason I gave a negative review, never received an answer, shows the customer service levels of this company, would repeat my initial comment, do not have any direct dealings with this company, get a proper estimate for any damage and deal through your insurance company, otherwise you'll be left high and dry with a vehicle subjected to bad repair and sopp and sopp won't have anything to do with it. Also it appears they consider the Tesco van driver an expert in assessing the damage at 9 on a dark night.
