Tesco/sopp and sopp are terrible. Took my car through Tesco car wash it ripped rear Spoiler off. Tesco put me onto sopp and I received email just like everyone else stating that car wash working fine etc. and will not pay so now I have to pay to repair my own car. All modern car have rear window spoilers so perhaps they should now remove these drive through car washes. I've looked online and many people have these problems with them. Insurance companies never want to pay out they are just legal scammers

An Ocado van damaged my car - the driver very kindly left an accident form - Sopp+Sopp was the contact insurer who dealt with it, and it couldn’t have been more straightforward and simple. It was all sorted in one call- my car was collected, a courtesy car provided and I was kept updated. Absolutely took the pain out of the situation.

A very unprofessional insurance company who are absolutely useless at replying to emails and chasing up customers incidents that they take on.
My car parked car was hit by an Ocado van whilst I was at work.
I was the one who had to call the sopp and sopp to report the incident, that in itself is wrong, they should be calling me.
Told me not worry they would sort absolutely everything out for me in getting my car repaired.
What they didn’t tell me is that I would never hear from them again unless I took on their role of organising photos of the damage to my car, organised for my car to be collected as they seem to have forgot to do that. Even had to arrange a hire car from the company for that Sopp& Sopp work alongside with because they forgot to do that too.
I would think very carefully if you are thinking of using Sopp&Sopp it will be very hard work on your behalf.
