"Awful service"

A truck drove into my car and was contacted by Sopp and Sopp. I checked the reviews and was nervous but didn't feel I had much choice. I was right to be nervous. They outsourced the repairs to another company who returned the car with new damage on the bumper and an appalling respray paint job which I had to reject. I then waited 3 weeks for them to take the car back as they needed to wait for the courtesy car. They collected mine but then the courtesy car was not delivered (this was also outsourced to another company) and I had to fight with them to get a car 2 days later so I go go on holiday.

"Shocking disgrace of a company"

After a Sainsbury's delivery van hit my car (and left thinking he had got away unseen) i was contacted by Sopp Sopp saying they was going to save me the hassle of going through my insurance & repair my car themselves, what a joke, after sending all the pics & videos as requested i was completely ignored, despite numerous emails & phone calls they were never heard from again, the only thing they succeeded in doing was delaying my car repairs by 2 weeks & causing me loads of stress, in the end my insurance company sorted my car quickly & professionally, avoid at all costs.
