Had to deal with these people after DPD passed me over to them after one of their drivers hit my car and drove off without leaving any details.

Just like DPD they don't do any leg work, it's you who has to chase them for any update. I was told someone would be in contact within 48 hours, no one bothered to contact me so i rang them asking for an update, they told me to wait another 48 hours. Then they pass you onto their so called legal team called Keoghs who are equally terrible with their communication skills.

One of their customers crashed into my car, he accepted liability and they have moved forward to repair my car but I’ve had barely no contact from the insurance company, they send me occasional texts with updates and a link to chat to them but there is no option on the link to chat. No one has asked if we were ok after the accident despite me, my partner and 4 month old child in the car. I have tried to contact them to explain that post collision adrenaline me and my partner had soreness and my partner is now scared to go in the car with our son but have received no response whatsoever. UPDATE: As per their reply below to email them, 3 days after I have emailed them again still no reply (shock)

A delivery truck drove into our car with my 10 day old baby and just out of surgery partner. the customer service at Sopp+Sopp was unbelievable, they were so helpful, acted so quickly and understood everything we required whilst our car was being repaired. I couldn't have asked for anything more from them and thank the service team for their help.

I dealt with Natahshya and Rosie and they were two of the most pleasant, helpful and downright lovely people I've ever had an interaction with in a customer service capacity. Sopp+Sopp must be doing something really right to have such amazing people working there. I actually asked one of them if there's anything special about the company to create such an atmosphere and she told me how well looked after she feels there and how nice the whole team is. What a difference it makes to the customer interaction. I called about an insurance claim which could be an unpleasant call but it turned out to be a highlight of my day. I wish everywhere was like this.

More than 6 weeks later I am now adding to the previous review I left. While the staff were incredibly friendly, I am sad to say that no one has gotten in touch with me about my claim since I initially spoke to them. I have chased and been finally passed to a person who never responds to the messages I have left for him. This seems to be the trend. businesses shuffle you from one to another till in the end you give up as it stops being worth the time
