"Unprofessional and no customer service"
My car was scratched on my property by a Tesco delivery driver and witnessed. In spite of all the documented evidence, detailed phone calls, witness statements, photos, measurements and even helpful advice from Tesco Customer Service (who were amazingly sympathetic), Sopp and Sopp basically reduced me to tears, inferring that I was a liar. Their decision was final. They ignored everything and everyone. Even information from a Materials Engineer. They work for Tesco, however they are turning loyal customers away and have lost a few customers, like me, as a result! No telephone manner either. Appalling service. Ask to use a different company if you can.

"Excellent after-accident care"
My vehicle was damaged after avoiding a van driven for a major supermarket chain.
This was on saturday evening and Sopp and Sopp rang me at 8:30 on Monday morning to offer a complete repair at no cost.
I did not take advantage of the hire car, as I didn't need it. They were brilliant, and everything was sorted out and agreed by Thursday. Cannot fault their service.

"Third-party interloper for TESCO."
Third-party interloper for TESCO.
Said supermarket chain will use these guys to contact you and basically get rid of unhappy customers whose property has been damaged by Tesco, on their behalf.
Do not bother...they work for Tesco so the goal is to not help you!!!!
Disgusting corporate behaviour at its best !!!!

"dreadful company"
After I had done some Xmas shopping at Tesco I reversed out of the space when a bollard hooked/caught on my wheel arch and ripped the whole bumper off my car. On checking to see what had happened the bollard had previously been hit and damaged so it was bent at around 45degrees over into the space so I was unable to see it and that’s how it was able to catch on my wheel arch. I had inched out of the space very slowly as there are 2 lanes of traffic behind the space. I immediately photographed the damaged bollard and reported the matter to Tesco. I was contacted a few days later by sopp + sopp to say they had reviewed my case and rejected it as I had collided with a stationary object. Even though they had removed the damaged bollard and I had provided them photographs of at least 7+ Other damaged bollards around the car park they still would not accept any responsibility for this and said it was my fault as the object was stationary, which to an extent I agree with but the reason this happened was because the bollard was already damaged. Sopp + sopp were untruthful on the phone stating they had carried out an extensive investigation and reviewed CCTV when Tesco had told me there wasn’t any?? Neither Tesco nor soppsopp will tell me who is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the car park or whether or not it is my responsibility as a customer to check the car park before parking to ensure that it is being maintained. I believe they have wheedled out of paying on an insurance technicality being that the bollard was stationary and not accepted liability for the fact it was damaged. I found them dismissive, not forthcoming with information I had requested and do not reply to emails. Very poor company to deal with. The cost of repairs to my car was £50.40 so not as if I was trying to claim a large or unreasonable amount either.
