Ocado van went rear side of my Audi when it was parked up in my car park left card followed up with phone calls was told don’t worry we will get it sorted as l just got out of hospital feeling unwell they said garage will arranged to pick up however the garage don’t pick up plus the garage wanted history of the car strange plus the reviews on garage was horrendous so told SS l will find my own garage nearer to my home l have just read SS reviews omg what a company if someone out there is interested to find out more and make a documentary on this company as l have been lied to plus they sent me a link which does not work and it’s only 48 hours l have been dealing with them.

It appears they have no call centre staff, or cannot be ars**d to deal with claims

back again sent email to this lot and surprise surprise no answer whatsoever all i was asking them was which ombudsman do they come under so as i can make complaint about them they are suppose to supply you with this info but they dont play by the rules so when and i will find out the right ombudsman to complain to i have another complaint about them not supplying the info

SO DESPITE MAKING CONTACT WITH THEIR MD (MR CALLUM LANGAN) AND HAVING A REASONABLE CONVERSATION ON LINKEDIN A FEW DAYS LATER FOLLOWING DM'S FROM ME HE BLOCKS ME AND IGNORES MY COMMUNICATION AND PUTS HIS HEAD IN THE SAND A COMPLETE JOKE OF AN ORGANISATION WHO DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ANY PROBLEM AND STICK THEIR HEAD IN THE SAND. I can not say bad word about this insurance company, Tesco delivery driver hit my parked car, soop soop contacted me in next day, they offered me to repair my car and also I receive replacament car in the same day during my car repairing. They were keeping me updated all the time. Thank you.

"Quite bad experience with this company…"
Quite bad experience with this company and HB accident repair network, Manchester who where assigned to carry out the work.
My Honda CRV was driven into by their client in mid May 2022, numerous calls to them to get it collected with constant confusion and mis communication by both sop and sop and HB ARN. It was finally collected September '22.
All details were emailed and photographed and the damaged outlined by me to both companies above, numerous times.
Car was returned, the radiator was still damaged, although it functioned there was damage to it that was cause by the accident and was outlined I'm my emails, the bumper was not seated correctly and would unclip from the front driver's side wing.
When challenged by me I did the mistake of accepting the car back on the understanding it would be collected and the work completed, numerous emails and phone calls to both companies were ignored and no action was taken.
It's now almost April '23, no response or communication by either company.
If you find yourself having to deal with either of these companies, you will have to be as ruthless as they are to get the job done right, because they will do less than the minimum needed to tick another job off the list.

"An absolute disgrace"
An absolute disgrace! Tesco car wash wheel brushes came in on both front doors of my £25k Golf. I stopped and reported it immediately to Tesco who took pictures of damage and reported it to these clowns!
Received a text then a letter. They claim disclaimer at entrance to wash means they are not liable if wash is working correctly. I say wheel brushes engaging on your doors is a wash NOT WORKING PROPERLY! To be candid their letter should of said "Dear Mrs C we don't give a s**t about you our your car - go flock yourself"! The fault here is that all the supermarkets rely on these i***ts to deal with insurance issues. Sorry consumers but you're wasting your time with S and S.
