I would not recommend using these aids as the warranty Starkey offer means nothing.
The casing was had a split from taking it in and out, but as the case in thin and weak as cannot take being handled. so any work needed is chargeable. Pretty rubbish at £4,000 a pair !!

"Excellent Hearing Aids"

My experience with Starkey has been awesome as I have been using the Livio Edge hearing aids. Edge mode is REALLY essential when near a lot of background noise when walking near traffic or busy areas, as it makes it totally crystal clear when someone is walking next to you. I can finally hear my family when they talk to me, and my audiologist (Sonus) was extremely professional and very response. All around Positive experience.

I've had my hearing aids for two months, they have exceeded all my expectations. The sound, comfort, and Bluetooth features really changed my opinion about hearing aids. my biggest fear was looking old , you cant see these when I have them on and they are so sleek people think they are earbuds.

My personal experience has been nothing but positive. When I was introduced to Starkey hearing aids I went in with a “wait and see attitude” because of feedback I had gotten from close friends. These friends had all purchased various brands of hearing aids which ended up in their night stand because of issues that bothered them enough to give up on the products that they paid a lot of money for. The main complaint was dealing with multiple sounds in social situations.
With that said......
I personally have had no problems with any environment. The support and service I’ve received has made the transition to hearing again clean and simple. Because of the Covid situation I have not been around massive groups but I am not concerned because everything has gone so smoothly.

My experience with Starkey Hearing Aids has been so positive. From the ability to choose a color to match my hair and skin, to the fitting process and then the moment I went "live," I have been supported by the company. In the month that I have been wearing my Livio Edge hearing aids, I have called customer service two times, and each time my question was answered and resolved. It's exciting to hear better and know that if I have any questions in the future, I can depend on the folks at Starkey to help me out.

For many, many years I have had very compromised hearing. But i never did anything about it. Over the course of those years I got used to, and adapted to, bad hearing.
Then came the wall, the place where it was no longer tolerable. I had my hearing evaluated and started using another hearing aid. It worked a bit but still left much to be desired.
Then came the Starkey Edge! It has rejuvenated and renovated my life; I have great conversations with my wife and my children; I have better conversations with associates and friends; I have better telephone conversations with bluetooth bringing the conversation to my hearing aids with clarity; I can listen to tv and radio and podcast programs. and when I want to I can jam, without any pods and wires attached to my ears.
I love my Starkey Edge hearing aids.
