I had a great experience with Starkey. My hearing aids are amazing. From my hearing test, to the final fitting, the experience was awesome. I’m extremely happy with my virtually invisible hearing aids. I highly recommend these folks and it’s great to be able to hear better!!

Love my Livio Edge AI hearing aids! I'm hearing all the things I didn't even know I was missing. My brain is staying active and I don't have to work so hard to hear people, especially while we're all wearing masks. Wish I had gotten them sooner!

"RAZZEL DAZZEL BEWARE"
My wife and I bought two pairs of Starkey's in S.E. Michigan from "MY EAR", for 4 years they were constantly sent back to Starkey for adjustment or repair, these hearing aids were a total cost to us of $14,000.00 & a total waste of money and time, they never did even a fair job, the audiologist was terrible he was constantly giving us long winded stories of how intelligent and skilled he was, then one day he told us that he had been given a free office space at some 400 bed senior / nursing home,,,, POOR THEM ! We now are so pleased with our new hearing aids from a different company, they work very well, they give me back at least 12 to 20 dbs of my hearing loss and they only cost a total of $8,000.00 for the two pairs... ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS & BBB... God Bless ... Charles

Prothèses auditive petites, mais en ce qui me concerne ne tiennent pas dans mes oreilles (pourtant fabriquées sur mesure) malgré plusieurs essais d'adaptation, et quand aux réglages ce n'est absolument pas concluent,
J'ai donc repris mes anciennes prothèses et laissé les Starkey dans leurs emballages.
3200 € de perdus.
Dommage...

I have some of these starkey hearing aids and they were ok at the begining.. but the issue i have is after a year of me having them for no reason the battery was draining significantly faster than it should. I would put them in at 5 am and then at 10/11 am the battery is already drained. So my audiologist told me that they want to send them out to get looked at.. so we had them sent out.. she told me that I would have them back the following week. So I called them over a week later asking about them and where they were at and it turns out that the place they sent the hearing aids to lost them. Thank heavens they were under warranty because I wouldn't be able to afford them.. so im very frustrated that they would do that.. rant unprofessional

This is my second set of Starkey hearing aids. They have improved my life over and over again. The new technology is generally very good but with some issues, like one hearing aid not connecting to bluetooth and having to restart the phone to get both working again. The settings for different environments don't actually help that much and I end up leaving them on normal about 98% of the time. But, the rechargeable feature is fantastic as my original set had replaceable batteries. Even with these minor issues, I wouldn't switch and have recommended them to two friends who are now also Starkey customers.

"I'm a bit conflicted"
I'm a bit conflicted. I LOVE MY NEW HEARING AIDS! That said, I must tell you that I was distressed to notice that my right Livio AI 2000 mric 312 lost the mic. cover and I could not find it. Two days later the left aid mic cover fell off in the black storage box. I brought it to my provider who has sent them off to you at the beginning of this last week.
I was also sorry to hear that Starkey will not send me a new pair unless I first returned the then present ones first (or paid a $50.00 charge). That's not the way to keep your customers happy!!!
At the opening of this complaint I said I love my new hearing aids and did not want to return them without getting a new pair from you first. So, my provider has returned them to be REPLACED with a new pair with new serial numbers and in a new box with new instruction booklets and new SN # on the outside of the new box. Please show me you have great customer service and send new aids to my provider for me asap.

"The bluetooth doesn't work well at all…"
I have the Starkey Halos. The blue tooth feature is beyond frustrating. I have to be on the phone a lot for my job and the hearing aids constantly disconnect from one ear or the other, causing me to (many times EVERY day) reconnect manually or "forget this device" and re-pair them. Oftentimes, even when they are connected, there is crackling and distortion so that I can't understand what is being said. I have taken them back to the audiologist, but they can't determine the problem either.
