£2.5k for utter junk, been back for repair more times then they should for the price. Really not fit for pupose, such poor quality for the price.

While the left aid worked perfectly the right malfunctioned within six weeks and was repaired under warranty
When the aid was returned the shell and mould were no longer a snug fit with the two elements falling apart. The aid was sent to the lab for another warranty repair.
When it was returned the mould and shell split as the aid was removed from the ear resulting in the mould section falling onto a laminate floor where it broke in two. Scrivens inform us that Starkey take no responsibility for the repair and want us to pay £300 for a new mould. A complete rip off as the problem originates from the first faulty repair which caused the shell and mould to keep falling apart. Buyer beware!

I got the livio 2400 hearing aids last october 2020. Have needed speaker replacement 4 times and the right one appears to be slowly dying again. After I get through the 3 year period I plan on getting a cheaper set as the new technology is becoming more prevelent in the market. The days of starkey and other price gouging companies are over - Thankfully! It's incredible how much I was charged for these pieces of garbage.

Starkey never again : (I am french user 40 years and love music listening) Very slow application thrive that control the hearing aids, very poor in fonctionality,and when you change one setting you have to wait a long time before it apply, the hearing aids are bad too and I have the high end, sound is bad, noise Everytime, and many whistling, I have to update the application to use it because it demand me when I want to launch it and now she doesn't work at all, after many time to found how to contact the help center trough the web site (finally I found it through the application android thrive) whit the full specifications of my phone send automatically by the app whit my message to explain the problem, the answer of Starkey what's a little mail whit just check the list of compatible smartphone, the list is very short,whit essentially Samsung high end, so the app is very bad, the hearing aids is very bad and the helping desk is very bad too , so far of the web site and what it says...

Both my livio have been in for repair before owning for 6 months. The left one came back and the plastic line keeps coming detached. I'll never pay this much for hearing aids again. Unbelievable. Buyer beware.

My father waited a month for an appt. I took a day of vacation and drove 70 miles to be there when he went in. Arrived at the appt and was told it had been rescheduled to next month. We were told that the appt was made online, not true, my dad doesn't know how to do that so he walked in the office and made the appt. Then she said she called my dad to reschedule the appt. His phone is through my acct and I checked his call log and he did not receive a call from their office. We won't be going back. Total waste of a day of vacation, gas and time.

I have the Starkey Livio 2400which I wear for at least 14 hours each day being profoundly deaf in both ears. I have had issues with one ear losing the volume ability or to change channels , and last year I experienced volume surging with no apparent cause found, however on both occasions the units were replaced.
The experience trying to use Samsung rather than Apple products for the control of the aids was fine but unreliable, I now use Apple iPad at home and Samsung mobile outdoors and the system is great in nearly every aspect, connection to TV, listening to music, connection to external Microphone all 100%
Comfort in wearing is the best to date hardly aware of them at all, the only issue I have is the use of the fall alert function, even on low sensitivity it sends out a fall alert if I come down a slope too fast or the stairs and doesn't always alert me giving me time to cancel the alert to my family. in the last two weeks it has registered several falls were in fact non had occurred which suggests the app may require adjustment. Overall not a problem as I am not prone to falls but If I was it could cause some concern to alert recipients .
This product is far better then any previously used and are well worth the money.
