Always ready to help adjust to the experience of learning to hear with aids. Experienced at fitting the aids. I went through 4 fittings and then they ordered a special aid shape for me. The change from sort of OK to comfortable made a huge difference. They also are always able to supply cleaning components to those of us that were smart enough to not just buy our aids from them, but to also be covered by their support plan. That has been a very hearing comfort saving investment.

I've had these aids for several years and have had to send them back once so far. I ththey may be going back again, as the charge is often less than 12 hours.

"Very bad choice for me"

Very bad choice for me. I opted for the cross and all the accessories. Tried the rechargeable first, battery would go dead after about 12 hours, so reordered the battery type. My wife complained that the starkly hearing aids were not working. My provider sent them in again . 3 weeks later, got them back. Still bad. After all the waiting for the devices to return , I went past the 30 day time to return them and now I’m out over $4000.00! I would like a complete refund for so I can go back to my original provider.

"moisture problem"

I have the new Evolv Al model thats 6 months and after 4 pair of starkey hearing aids these are the worst . The hearing part isn't that bad but I live in Florida and live a active life style. These work fine indoors but as soon as you sweat a little they shut down and won't start up for hours and some times won't start up until the next day. Even after using a hair blower to dry them out. Right now I have one in for repair that kept shutting down. Good thing I have a spare set of Signa rechargable, never had a sweat problem with them. These will be my last pair of Starkey hearing aids.

"These hearing aids SUCK"

These hearing aids SUCK. I have been using aids for many years and depend on them to use my cell phone, tv, etc. THESE will NOT pair with ANYTHING. They have VERY limited pairing ability. They are going back to my provider!!!!!!!!!

"Totally a crap second pair"

Totally a crap second pair. Apps don’t work with my Android cell phone, just my IPad.
That’s a minor detail. I’ve returned for repairs 5 times and tomorrow #6 for one. First pair were spares but now they’re dead also. I get replacement pair every 5 years through DVA. I’m stuck with this pair until Jan 2023 - maybe.
Next pair will be anything but Starkey. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED.
Supposedly new Evolv battery replacement pair being sent. Been supplied with Evolv chargeable set as loaners. When provided, I was advised they were 60%+/- charged. They lasted 2 hours before they quit. Proves my point of battery type are preferable.

"What a waste of money"

What a waste of money. I have the AI Livio and still paying for it but what a disappointment. The connection with the iPhone keeps dropping - I bought especially an iPhone 13 because I’ve read of others having issues with Android. While watching tv or listening to music suddenly disconnects. In the recent days keeps turning off by itself and cannot turn it on. I keep recharging it but after that it doesn’t turn on as it should. The memories I created for particular environments are on for a few minutes but then it resets to Normal. So frustrating!

"I bought Starkey (In Ears) hearing…"

I bought Starkey (In Ears) hearing aids, via Eartech in Sweden which I can recommend, but the company Starkey is one of the worst when it comes to support. The hearing aids work well, but the associated App's Bluetooth does not work well and is therefore unusable.
Despite several attempts to contact Starkey several times and inform about the problem, they have not been able to even confirm that they have received my request.
I can therefore not recommend the Company Starkey until they deliver a fully functional product (inclusive app) and before a more customer-friendly support.
