"I can honestly recommend Starkey"

I can honestly recommend Starkey, even though their shipping is expensive, they managed to sort out an issue i had with one of my items. Very quick response on email and very understanding. Keep up the good work.

Have hearing loss and had over the ear hearing aids could. Not wear sunglasses. Had to change. Tubes and batteries then I saw. Rechargeable hearing aids there a life saver there more then. Just a hearing. Devices there. Much more. My. Co workers. Are like wow you can do all that I just simply say yup it's like I won the big one. Thanks

"Behind the ear heating aids"

I very much like my new hearing aids. They are comfortable and the charging station is much better than changing batteries. I particularly like being able to hear better in lectures and performances. The technician, Jon Richardson, is well accustomed to making adjustments for maximum benefit of the aids. It has been a good experience. I would recommend obtaining hearing aids from this company without reservation.

"Rubbish"

Have had starkey hearing aids for just on 6 months absolutely rubbish
Feedback unbearable
New cones supplied had to attend hospital to have removed
Left hearing constant static and variable volume
RH won’t connect to Bluetooth
Batteries only last 2-3 days with out using Bluetooth
Cones causing irritation in ears requiring medical treatment
Have requested replacement ABSOLUTELY rubbish

"Ordered a pair of Starkey Hearing Aids…"

Ordered a pair of Starkey Hearing Aids through
Yes Hearing. They have not arrived from yet, because
Starkey shipped them to the Yes Office and not the Fitter. Then Yes Hearing reshipped them to their Center in Indiana? Both of these Companies are still operating in the last Century. Although Starkey sells State Of The Art Hearing Aids, their Logistics are
archaic. According to Yes Hearing they do not provide any tracking information on Orders when shipped. Even eBay requires Mom & Pop shops to send tracking #s. As someone with years of Logistical Experience. This is the only Manufacturer I have ever
heard of that cannot add an e-mail to the Receiver
Profile that notifies the Receiver & send a tracking#
You only have to enter the Email Once and the shipping Company does the rest???????????? This started the mess I am in right now. Yes then shipped my Hearing Aids to their Center in Indiana. They have no idea how this happened? The fact of the matter is that it all goes back to Starkey who initially shipped to the wrong address. This is a HealthCare Company?
If you need a Hearing Aid stay clear of this Company!
They have poor Logistic and do not communicate with Vendors. With this lack of attention to detail and poor Logistical Operations, you could find your Hearing Aids could be shipped to China and your Provider would have no Clue. Until they enter the current Century with Logistics and Communication
I would stay clear of any Starkey Product, unless
you want to deal with a lot of frustration.
After reading other Posts on Trust Pilot dealing with poor construction, service and performance, I will probably be shopping for replacements before my return period is up. 3.5* is not a great rating!

"Amazing Experience"

I will never not want a Starkey Hearing Aid! I have been wearing hearing aids about six years, was excited to be a
part of hearing research with Starkey and eventually able to have their latest hearing aids. From their first point of contact to their appointments they have been caring, considerate, helpful, and have communicated 100 percent of the way. My favorite part was when two of their associates showed me their hearing aids as we were talking and made me aware of how much they love their company and product! Thank you Starkey for making my life easier, and for making me a customer for life.

"Very pleased with these functioning of…"

Very pleased with these functioning of these BHE summit1160 aids , but sadly with severe arthritis in both hands have to use a remote control (model 100 - UK model) , after 6 months have experienced complete loss while on a walk of the 1st remote control due to the poor design on the bottom attachment for the lanyard. 2nd purchased remote ; the pin connecting to the lanyard fell out as bottom hole of the remote control had also worn away, had to drill 2 additional small holes in bottom of remote to connect 2 lanyards as a safeguard from losing yet another remote , have now ordered a third remote , I am hoping that this replacement remote may now have been strengenthed/improved @ the bottom for the lanyard attachment ?, I have now made a small PVC pouch for the remote control with a seperate lanyard to avoid any further losses. Very pleased with these aids, ( I have been wearing aids for over 50 years and these have been the best I have ever had. ) suggest makers supply a pouch similar to the one I made.

"has anyone had a problem with the small…"

has anyone had a problem with the small piece of plastic not staying in the ear. Mine keep popping out and it looks as if I have a long straight hair growing out of each ear.
At this price I am surprised that the plastic isnt soft enough to mould to the ear.
