I have cros hearing aids. It’s good to be able to adjust the non hearing side.

I increase the volume with the bar adjustment and it keeps reverting to default settings While I am still using.

I am extremely happy with my Starkey hearing aids, as they provide me with hearing that I was losing in group settings, and even one-on-one.

I have over the ear in both ears. Dramatic increase in hearing in groups restaurants and home conversations.

I love the hearing aids, HOWEVER, they are not Bluetooth compatible. I wish I had known that before I got them. I now trade them out with Bluetooth earbuds that I had before hearing aids. I listen to lots of audiobooks.

Dislike aids having to repair everytime I get 10 feet from my phone. It is a process of docking aids then finding again on phone and pairing to app. Some of the features work sometimes and not others. Voicemail can't hear though aids. Phone calls sometimes the aids work other times not. The back ground noise always seem to be loader than the TV or people or other
Items I want to hear . The phone is a android s22 by Verizon.

Amazing product, very impressed with the care I received as well. I’ve had 3 sets of Starkey hearing aids and have never been unsatisfied. The sound is natural and clear in noise.
