"The greatest thing about my new Starkey…"

The greatest thing about my new Starkey Evolv hearing aids is that they have a combination of, for me, "Must Have" features that were not available anyplace else. Included in that combination was the ability to move forward OR backward in changing memories, the volume I had set staying in a memory when I left and then returned, telecoils and others. There are features that are new to me that I don't care for but I'm getting used to them. The way they creep up to a new volume setting instead of an instant change is one. That, when changing memories first one and then the other changes instead of both changing at the same time.

My greatest disappointment is that I bought them only months before the all new Genesis series came out.

"Be careful they won’t give a refund just constant replacement or repair"

Had New Cross over aids in early 2022 and they spent more time at the repairs than I had actual use of them. The App to connect to the aids was not at its best and my consultant had to contact them several times to try and get my aids to function as they were designed to work. Having had several new replacements the last ones having been without aids over Christmas till mid February 7 weeks total and starting off from the beginning I am coping with the aids I am not having the best experience with them but I have returned to many times that I have lost patience and confidence in the company.

I have a Starkey hearing aid and it is always out of order. I don't know if it has to be replaced.
I got it from FEPO here on the island of Aruba where I live. On Monday, March 20th I have an appointment with Mrs. Olga to see what the matter with my hearing aid is. I hope they can help me out with this problem.

I bought a new pair of hearing aids. The first pair kept dying. They gave me a new pair and the same thing happened. I now have the 3rd pair that are rechargeable. So far they are working. I still need to turn them up but when I do they buzz . I have a difficult time with normal conversation

"I have my second Starkey aid and love it! It made a big difference in my hearing Please if you have some hearing lose get checked out It will help you from going deaf!"

It doesn't hurt to get hearing testing done. You might]find out it helps a lot more than you think. With many health issues later in your life. Starkey is great and the app for the phone is awesome! I am one my second hearing aid and love it

"Poor product"

The app keeps crashing even after deleting and re-downloading it, it changes the sound field on its own and I can't go more than a foot away from my phone before it loses Bluetooth. How can you sell such an inferior product,. Definitely NOT recommended
