"Honest easy sale."
Despite the bad reviews here, I actually had a really good experience. Filled out the online form making sure I added any damage I knew about. Rep turned up 2 days later, was polite and very clear indeed how it worked. The only thing I missed was an alloy needed a refurb and a stain on a seat which hardly affected the price. Got the money instantly and a pretty good price - obviously not private sale price but we aren’t looking for that here let’s be honest. I personally would recommend, just be honest with yourself and fill the form out correctly otherwise I can imagine the price will dive.

Avoid at all costs!
Arrived to inspect our vehicle, was told he would look over the vehicle and knock the door. Looked out the window to see our vehicle being driven away without our consent.
Upon return he said he was "in the zone" and forgot to say he was road testing it.
Marked us down for not having a full service history as there was not a yearly oil change... despite the fact the manufacturer service schedule is every 2 yrs oil change!
Assessor argued that I was wrong (I have 25yrs motor trade experience) and then hit us with a ridiculously low offer which we declined.
Absolute disgrace of a company looking to rip off unsuspecting consumers!

If you want to be low balled because your 7 year old car has more than 5 stone chips and 2 minor scratch's and needs a valet this is company for you. Over £1500 reduced off the price offered for very minor work is quite insulting and rude.
Pleasant employee who arrived was fine, clear company policy of low balls, offer not accepted.

Total waste of time guys don’t bother with this company pay you rock bottom price for your vehicle and not to mention waste over 2 hrs of your time I had an A6 valued by them gave me a good price over email then they came to inspect like the buying a 100k Porsche and value your car for peanuts stay well clear of these lot your get more money selling it private unless your really desperate.!!!

Sold my car through them who I was put in touch with via Autotrader.
My vehicle was examined by Maria who really worked hard and with some extra time to allow me to be paid before close of the day
Very happy with over all service
Just one advice to those selling: Try to put all the damages and imperfections on your car details otherwise , understandably, your pay-out will be lower

"Their pricing is low and the service…"
Their pricing is low and the service they provide is substandard. Every time I priced my car a different price was given to me. Is it random pricing? Land Rover gave me a price for PX £6000 more but I do not need another car. They buy cheap and sell in their auction a lot more. They don't care how well the car is looked after and if the car has new SP, Brake Discs, full tank, new tyres etc. Rang me on Sunday telling me they can not check the car until after the bank holiday but never rang on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

This company is a waste of time two hours of my life I will never get back. They agreed a price signed the documents and then because they couldn’t find a third vin number on the car they decided not to purchase it. I wouldn’t mind but there was documents for a full service history original sales document and all MOT certificates. What a bunch of clown

Just sold my car to manheim ,through the autotrader app ,got less than the quote but more than expected as there were a few issues that i hadnt declared i.e.stone chips and light scratches
Augustine the manheim rep was an absolute gent ,was never under pressure to sell ,went through the whole process and stayed until the money had been payed into my account

"Be honest, they are not stupid"
Booked to have my car valued and had to wait a week, as a wanted a weekend appointment, in the meantime looked at the reviews and decided it was a waste of time as they had valued the car more than 2k more than I was offered part exchanging or at other car buying sites and thought they would offer a lower amount and it would get awkward, if they had rang the day before to confirm the appointment I was even going to cancel based on the reviews on this site.
So glad they emailed, so didn’t speak to anyone. Kieran turned up on time, enjoyed spending 40 odd minutes chatting about life, while he checked the car, went for a little test drive and then they offered near enough the full amount and was paid instantly, barring in mind this was 2k more than anyone else has offered, can’t speak highly enough of the process.
Never leave a review but thought these are unfair based on my experience. You have to be honest about the car you are selling, if not, the will offer a lower amount than the web based offer. Kieran said his next appointment was a 20 year old car that had 160k on the clock that the customer had described as perfect. That person will be leaving a review saying how they offered a lot less and they ripped him off because it won’t be.
If an alloy has a scuff mark or there are stone chips, scratches etc (which nearly every car has due to the state of the roads these days) but honest, they will see them when looking over and you won’t be left disappointed.

"Total waste of time"
I probably should have read the reviews first before getting suckered in to wasting my time with this scheme. My experience echos pretty much every other negative review. They give you a price, they come over, and then they offer you much less (in my case it was nearly £2000 less) without any logical reason.
I give them 2 stars as the staff are nice and the process is easy. But it was a huge waste of my time and it seems I’m not the only one. Avoid
