"Appalling service"

Appalling website. Poor customer service and lied to on the telephone reassuring me that having declared any known faults on the vehicle I would not be surprised on the day. On collection day, appraiser claimed no knowledge of this. Low balled and put in a very difficult position with cancelled insurance etc. would not recommend at all and feeling like I am £1k out of pocket. Surprised that auto trader have paired with company with such poor user interfaces avoid at all costs.

Ended up with what was a fair price all things considered, and only just short of what was originally quoted. Great service offered me £14792 through Autotrader referral, I had advertised for £15000 privately but after a number of time wasters and dreamers ( my wife says in not practical/we already have 3 cars them old chestnuts) accepted there offer.
Came to view car on time 2 days later and after viewing car and a 2 mile test drive increased offer to £15223 happy days
