What a terrible company - got an auto valuation when I put my car up for sale on auto trader and decided to try it out. On the day of the inspection, actually during the “time window” for the inspection, they rang saying they’ve pulled the valuation and don’t want to purchase. An absolute joke of a company!

Manheim quoted me a price online and arranged for one off their staff to view my car. Price and appointment was confirmed by a further phone call. Then at the last minute they phoned and cancelled the appointment and said they didn't want to buy the car after all!

"Don’t waste your time"

I suspect that the good reviews are by people that got lucky however I found this company the biggest waste of time. They provided me with a quote of £18,000 based on PSH, the need for new break pads and tyres. After the guy came out, he pointed out a few little dents (I could fix these myself, never mind a professional car company) and quoted me £16,000!

Do not waste your time with these people, they’re the worst.

Asif gave me a courtesy call to advise me he would be to me within 30 minutes. Once on site Asif explained the process which included checking documents, mileage, taking photos and a quick test drive - 30 minutes later I was offered the full estimated price. The whole process couldn’t have been easier.

Got a valuation from Autotrader and made appointment for Manheim to come and buy my car.
Asif arrived when he said he would and he clearly explained how the process worked. I was offered the same valuation as Autotrader suggested (to my surprise) and car was sold.
