Would recommend based on my experience. Offered a next day appointment, Paul D was very professional and friendly, went the extra mile to find us in the middle of nowhere with no phone signal. Money in my bank account within minutes of signing. Full inspection including test drive completed within an hour. Price dropped £100 due to extra scratches on bumper that I hadn't mentioned (I thought I could polish them out before the inspection). Overall very fair, very happy with the result. No complaints. Thanks very much.

I have sold my car with Manheim. Mr Ian Willsher came to the appointment as promised, he was very professional and carried out a smooth sale,explainng everything in details. The payment was made instantly as agreed.

"Had a good experience using Manheim"

Happy with the service received from Manheim. All the staff I spoke to were very professional and helpful. The inspector (Paul) was very friendly, helpful, and fair.

The online offer was £14,305 and after inspection, I was offered £13,422 (price all done on the computer so no negotiations) which was reasonable considering I hadn't put in every single scratch and dent into the online system the first time around.

(For reference, the other offers I received were from a garage for £13,500 as a part exchange. Webuyanycar online offer was £12,600 and Tesla's part exchange offer (which I am buying next) was only £10,600.)

The payment was received within minutes of agreeing on the price and the car is now just waiting to be collected which they aim to do within 5 days. They have even left me the key (trialing a new policy) in case I needed to move the car while I wait for the collection.

"Not professional"

Date was agreed for car inspection following online valuation. I was told I would have an agent coming between 12 and 6pm . I was supposed to receive a 1 hr call before… I am still waiting for it..
Also note that I called during the day to enquire if this was still happening.
This is a waste of time . I suspect that they are mainly after the personal data.

Got a call the day before inspection and the young man arrived on time and was from just a couple of miles away and very professional. We looked around and agreed that there were a few minor stone chips but nothing to affect the online value. I gave him the keys and left him to his work and around 40 minutes later he was done. I have seen some bad reviews but I have to say the inspector was fair and professional. He took the keys and left the car on my drive for two days, collected it with no fuss. The agreed amount was in my bank within 4 hours of him leaving. I would have to say I was very satisfied.

"Complete con artists"

Complete con artists. Only offered £1,600 and recently found out my car was sold for almost double at £3,695 by Winchmoor Hill car sales. Only needed a regulator and the belt and water pump was changed but does not justify £1,500 profit. Completely outraged and disgusted by the awful experience. Will never be using Moneyforyourmotors.com or Manheim LTD. Scammed out of £1,500.

"Great service with no issues"

Got a call the day before inspection. The chap arrived on time and was very professional and approachable. I gave him the keys and left him to his work and around 40 minutes later he was done, no issues with the car noted. I am aware of very minor kerb damage to a wheel and a couple of light chips of paint off and I suspect he will have seen these but they fall within reasonable wear and tear. I think if there are bad reviews then people may either have a poor individual inspector (they’re all people at the end of the day) or unfair expectations of wear and tear. I thought the appraisal was fair, on time and professional. Well done.

"Excellent and quick process"

Paul Doyle from Manheim came to out to access my car yesterday after two days receiving the online valuation.

He was so friendly and very helpful . Before he arrived he make sure I got all my documents ready . Paul explained all the process well and was very professional. I was nervous at first I worried my car would price down. Best of all my car price gone up for couples of pounds which is very good! I am very happy thank you to Paul and Manheim!! I didn’t expect that at all . After that Paul transfer me the cash into my bank account. Within 10mins I received the money . Now I have to wait for my car to be collected within 2 weeks. Overall great service, very quick and easy. Highly recommend to all.

"Quick & convenient, Great service and price"

I sold my car today via the Auto trader instant valuation partnership with Manheim. It was such a quick and smooth process, all done within 24 hours and the money is in my account. Asif Riaz did an excellent job of explaining the process, was very professional and we had a good chat. Best of all, I got a better price with Manheim than I did with webuyanycar or motorway. Great service. Highly recommend!

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed, they were sent to inspect and collect a vehicle I had leased, the inspector arrived and assessed the vehicle, his attitude was appalling. They said the vehicle was “soiled” later I saw pictures of my vehicle on their auction website dirtier than when they collected it from
