"Said I put the wrong mileage down when I did not"

Had my car inspected today by one of the representatives. Offered a fair price initially online for my car £10,100 Upon arrival the guy was polite and said it shouldn't take long to inspect the car. He also commented on how mint the car looked. A test drive was then carried out before returning to my property. I answered the door to be told that I had put down 63000 instead of 93000 as the mileage. Was then offered £8,500 for the car. I never made such mistake and upon re-entering the details on their website 93000 comes up automatically when I start typing it in. When trying to re-enter the details on the system it now doesn't give me a price funny that! Complete scammers .

"Recently used Manheim via Autotrader"

Recently used them via Autotrader. I was skeptical at first as their quote was high. However after a careful inspection, they did reduce the price slightly, but it was still fair. The transaction was completed in about 3/4 hour with payment being made within 10 minutes once agreed. They have yet to collect the vehicle, but they now own it, so happy days.

"AVOID!"

I was given an appointment between 1pm and 6pm and they cancelled the appointment at 5:50pm. his previous appointment was in Dorchester which is a good 1 and a half hours away - so you would've thought i'd get a phone call at at least 4-4:30 saying that he wasn't coming.
COMPLETE WASTE OF A DAY OFF - PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE A TOSS. NO APOLOGY - NO NOTHING.

Would give 0 stars if possible.

"Avoid"

Terrible experience and a waste of time. They offer a good value to get through the door then knock it down everywhere they can to steel a few thousand from you. The car was in extremely good condition. It did have a small repaired chip in the windscreen and apparently this would need replacing even though it had been there for years. The cost they would try and knock off was £700 for it! They found a few very very minor things elsewhere that were not even noticeable to the human eye and knocked it down further. It's all a process to steel money out your pocket. Avoid them and sell privately like I did, in the end I got the true value of what the car was worth and the person who bought was also happy because if that car got to a garage forecourt he would of been ripped off that end too. Please avoid to not get ripped off.

"Absolutely shocking really"

Absolutely shocking really.
Quotes £3094. All paper work there. 2 keys. Gearbox even serviced, which people NEVER do.
The guy that came to look at it was sound. He was shocked also.
He did his checks and the test drive, said everything was mint. Had to alter the quote because the driver's seat is slightly worn.
They got back to him with an offer of £150. You've wasted your driver's time and not only that you've wasted my time and money. Had to book time off work for the appointment. I'm in complete disbelief tbh. 1st and last time I'll use this company. I didn't put it up for sale privately as to save time.
Joke of a company. And don't bother ringing me back for a feedback comment.

"Unreliable and no contact"

Asked for a morning appointment and cleared my work meeting schedule. Was told I'd be contacted with a more precise time by their rep during morning. I wasn't and I eventually rang up at 12:40 to cancel. I was told that morning includes up to 13:00, but they had no idea re ETA. I had meetings all afternoon so cancelled and will look elsewhere. Waste of time

"Excellent service from Steve Knott"

Excellent service from Steve Knott. He got caught up on a previous job and phoned to say he was running late. When he arrived he explained the whole process clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The price I got was very close to what was offered online. Lost a small around due to a few scratches which Steve pointed out to me and explained why. Price comes through the system that he used so is fair. Money was in my account straight away and I did not need to do anything with the V5C. I even got an email that evening from the DVLA to say the car had transferred over so I don't need to do anything for the team either. Fantastic service from Steve. He came on the Saturday afternoon and the car was gone by lunchtime Monday. Thank you.

Excellent customer service throughout. So efficient and reliable. From giving me a good price online after viewing my car was happy with the price we agreed on. Ed came to view my car arrived bang on time, very thorough and friendly very good at his job, money was in my bank account within 15mins after a short test drive of my car. Ed said car would be gone off my drive in a week's time, it was gone in two days excellent service, would recommend.
