"Cancelled coz they offered too high!"

They did the offer for my hyundai i30 and gave good offer. They cancelled on me last minute the first time. They rescheduled to 4 days later. I had been waiting in 4 hours and they called to cancel. I asked why the guy couldnt attend. They said they couldnt disclose. They rescheculed to 3 days later...and they then called me an hour later to say the same thing again. I said...well you have already booked me in again. This man said it hadnt been put in but he booked it in for me. He assured me they were still interested in purchasing my vehicle. That appointment was supposed to be tomorrow morning. I just got a call to say they will not be attending because the hyundai i30 is not doin well on the market right now and theyve over-offered. But auto trader doesnt allow them to alter the offer so said they will just have to cancel it. Very disatisfied and wasted much of my time. No apologies from staff.

There are many reviews on here of people having difficulties just getting Manheim to come in the first place and poor customer service.

I know you will send your generic message about how you're sorry im not satisfief with the service and to call you if i wish to discuss it. But that doesnt change anything does it? Unless youre going to say - sorry...we did agree to that quote and we have messed you around 3 times so we will come out and valuate the vehicle and actually turn up this time.

No point in just continually saying the same generic message and never actually changing anything.

"EXTREME CAUTION"

This company inspected an immaculate electric vehicle owned by us.
They stated on inspection how good the condition of the vehicle was, which was excellent.
They then left and stated that there was no charge lead in the boot (£400) and also charged £168 for a ‘no show’ ..which was impossible as we met them to check the vehicle.
This company puts false charges on inspections in order to make money.
EXTREME CAUTION. THIS COMPANY UTILISES AN EXTORTION BUSINESS MODEL TO FALSELY OBTAIN MONEY.

"Dreadful experience"

Dreadful experience. It took numerous attempts to book an appointment and this was cancelled on the day of the appointment after “senior management” had decided they didn’t fancy purchasing “expensive” cars. Total waste of time and energy, and indicative of the many appalling reviews online about this company. Best avoided.

Update: standard corporate response trotted out below. What on earth is wasting more time by calling them going to achieve. Complete disdain for customers and their time. Avoid.

Everything went smoothly, the guy turned up to inspect my car as planned, they offered me the full original valuation which they had quoted.
I didn't go ahead as got a better offer elsewhere, but the process was flawless and I would try them again if I needed to.

Very friendly explained all to me whole process was about a hour paid the price quoted my money was in in aprrox 2 mins fully invoiced and all the dvla stuff sorted !
