"Noone collect the car"

Sold car to Manheim on 25th oct. They said the car will be collected in 14 days! Now already 3 weeks! I called them every day about the collection! They always promised me someone will come tomorrow! Now the parking space isexpired. So i have to pay extra fees coz they did not come to collect the car! This is ridiculous！

"Awful inspection experience returning a lease car back"

The guy called David , was on time however he started scratching the paintwork with a plastic wiper ( silicone squeegee) which is totally against the BVRLA guidelines.
This tool is also known as the most lethal car detailing tool .if you search on Youtube or google.
When politely confronted not to use this tool , i asked him to call his manager which he did but instead of resuming the job without that tool he refused to do the job and ran away from the sight.
Now waiting for Manheim car inspection team to come back to me.
Don't want to use Manheim but I have no option as they are the only ones appointed by PSA Free2Move lease.
May God Help me and everyone who comes across Manheim car inspectors.

"Lacking Professionalism"

This company has no professionlism. The purchaser Mr D has no customer care. They invent events far from the truth, leave you holding in queue whilst scheming their next excuse. AVOID them like the plague!

"Great, quick and efficient service"

Kieron from Manheim came out to assess my car today, only a few days after my receiving the online valuation.

Keiron was very friendly and helpful and after assessing the car, actually offered me a higher price than the online valuation (as I had incorrectly detailed damage that wasn’t there)

I received payment within the hour and my existing finance was settled.

All in all, fast, efficient service - no complaints at all!!

"Just sold my car"

Just sold my car. The assessor Jonathan Cutts, came on time after he had called to advise the time he would be coming, this morning to inspect the car and he was very thorough in his examination which also included a test drive. He took lots of pictures and after he had finished, he confirmed the final evaluation. The offer was very fair and vastly better than competitors websites which I accepted. The payments came in less than 1 hour and the outstanding finance I had on the vehicle was also settled at the same time. So far so good and cannot fault the process. It was very efficient and slick and the final price was very good for me. Due to a new car coming tomorrow, I could not leave the vehicle on my driveway so the car is now parked somewhere else. I will need to update my review once and when the car is going to be collected eventually. Reading the reviews, it seems that there is a serious issue with the collection service as it cannot take an enormous amount of time for a sold car to be eventually picked up. In summary the experience is very good pending when the car will be collected.

13/11/21 Update
I promised I would update this review once the car was going to be collected and I pleased to say that it was done yesterday. So from when the car was sold to pick up only 3 days have elapsed. This conferms the good experience I personally had with Manheim.

"A worker from manheim came round and…"

A worker from manheim came round and spent around 1 hour , then telling me that the car had been re painted at some point which had never happened then once everything was done they offered me a price slightly lower than the first offer so I agreed, the employee then asked me if it was OK to leave the car on my property for about 1 week which I said was OK, 2 and a half weeks later and the car which I no longer own is still on my drive , I have phoned up many times and told that someone from transport would call , never happened , I have now found out that every car they purchase will sit on the drive of every house until they sell these at auction and the person who purchased the vehicle will just turn up at any time and take the vehicle , I will never use this company again and strongly advise giving manheim a very wide berth , it is not a professional company , if I could go back I would use one of the other company's, I have spread the word about this company and said don't use . AVOID THIS COMPANY VERY MUCH LIKE A SCAM , NOTHING THEY TELL YOU IS TRUE , AVOID AVOID .

We got told yo use these to hand my lease car back their appraisal of fair wear and tear items was horrendous costing me hundreds of pounds. I even offered to buy the car but they valued it £4000 over the market value.

I sold my car via auto trader who partners with Manheim. I accepted their offer and the money was paid into my account the same day. Everything seemed ok at that stage.

The car was meant to be collected within 2 weeks. They never did. Instead, two random people came on to my property, looked around the car and drove off in car. They did not introduce themselves so they did not work for Manheim.

I presume Manheim left the car on my property, sold it and these people were the buyers of the car. I received no notification or call; something I would expect if random people are coming on to my property.

Manheim were meant to collect it, not sell it from my property!

Absolutely shoddy practice! Would not recommend.

"Could not be better"

Could not be better, Aaron arrived as planned with good communication.. I described the car as honestly as I could and received the full amount and all done within the hour. Would fully recommend to anyone
