Tried to find out about my cover, and could not speak to anyone to find out if im coveted.could only talk to customer service who were no help at all, were not allowed to tell us or the vet any thing. Why is it so secretive ? For the last 8 years ive had our 3 dogs insured with you and never claimed. But now a very very bad service. It appears ive got to pay up and leave the rest to you and not knowing the out come but happy to take our money.
