"Be aware!!!!"

This company is now also running squidgameplanet.com. I ordered 2 squid game tracksuits for my daughters for halloween and it originally looked legit as I was sent a text with link to track my order. The order said it was delivered and it has not and I have emailed them about it with no response! I am going to see if i can get my money back but like everyone else do not purchase from this company or from the squidgameplanet.com website

I've been waiting SIX MONTHS FOR MY MITTENS..... I've sent 5 emails and not ONE Response.... Do not deal with these people.... Major Scam.....

5 months and no product. First time I contacted I was told covid restrictions responsible for slowdown. 2nd contact in June and received no response. Scam.

Same as everyone else. It has been 5 months, no mittens,no refunds, after 2 months their "customer service" stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card, no refund. Have filed FTC complaint, no refund. Why doesn't someone throw these people in jail????

"SCAM"

Ordered a knit Bernie Sanders. Shipping info didn’t show so I contacted them and they said they were having issues and would be resolved ASAP. A month later nothing came so I contacted them again and no response. SCAM!

"Scam Website"

Same as everyone else. I ordered mittens and a sticker on January 29th. The money was deducted from my account. Life got busy and I did not realize how much time had passed but no items had arrived. I emailed their support and got the same runaround or delay shipping, website issues, etc. Now there is not a website and they will not respond to my emails. This website is a scam. Do not order from them. I am glad I am only out $27.90 but do not let it happen to you.

Same experience as everyone else is saying. I ordered on January 26, been in constant contact being told they are waiting for shipping info. I am literally begging for my money back. So frustrating and I purchased two pairs.

"Almost certainly a scam"

Ordered a (fortunately inexpensive) item and the shopping experience seemed genuine enough. However upon no confirmation of order and no shipping information, I became suspicious and began the arduous process of investigating my order, for which the money had of course been promptly taken from my bank account. Anyway fast forward from Jan 21 to now (Apr 21) and I've had no luck getting any info on my order other than to be told there have been delays due to: COVID, bad weather, computer problems, high demand, problems with delivery etc etc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They must have made a mint in relatively low cost items that people give up chasing refunds for.

I ordered the merchandise before Valentine's Day and still have not received, so at this point, I would give zero stars if I could. I did receive a prompt e-mail from a customer service representative, who said that they would not refund my money and that I should be patient for the shipment due to COVID-19.
