Jemma who answered my call was very helpful and was able to give the answers to my questions. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed in making a decision. However I was happy to proceed and renewed. I was going to call around other brokers however due Jemma’s patient and friendly manner she got the sale. Good job Jemma😀
