"Hopeless customer care."

I called for a catering truck quote, for 3 vehicles, spoke to a lady that came back with the quotes which weren't too bad to be fair but she'd completely got the details wrong for one for the vehicles so she had to go back and re-calculate the premium for that vehicle. I decided I'd go for those numbers. When I called back, however, to make am adjustment for stuff drivers I spoke to Morgan, who said he was await9ng the underwriter and he never got back to me. I called again as I was happy with these prices and another person told me he'd get back to me and still hasn't so as I was so desperate for cover I went elsewhere, which was lucky because Lexham came in massively cheaper. If Adrian Flux's customer care was better they'd have had my money. I can't comment on their insurance services as we never got that far.

What made my experience so good was that the young ladyon the phone was very competent. She took me through the policy, found my all details, updated the details and made the insurance quote in about 15 minutes. This was extremely quick and I was insured my car was back on the road for the 1st of the next
month so yes, she was very good. That's all I can say really
