"I just received my order from Cheaper…"

I just received my order from Cheaper Online Ltd. It is absolutely gorgeous, actually better than i expected, I'm sure my Christmas tree will be the topic of conversation this year with that beauty sitting on top.
I received a very pleasant email from Emily at Cheaper Online Ltd to let me know my order was on its way to me, which was a nice touch as a lot of places don't even bother.
I would definitely recommend checking them out as I will definitely be telling people where to go for great items at a reasonable price, I found them on eBay, not sure if they have one anywhere else online but they're prices are definitely not greedy and over the top.
So a big thank you to Emily and Cheaper Online Ltd for the speedy delivery and hassle free transaction, I will definitely be back,

"Cheaper online - garden seat"

I bought a garden seat via amazon online for my sister as a present for her 80th birthday. A week after I’d assembled it I noticed a defect on the seat. It had cracked at the screw fixing. After struggling to get an email address from amazon I contacted the supplier and was sorted very efficiently by Emily who quickly resolved my problem and has sent me a replacement component! Brilliant service took less than 24 hours from ordering to delivery. Delighted with my fold up black glass small table.
I will certainly use this seller again.

"Avoid this company like the plague!"

I ordered a large light up canvas from this company through their Ebay store. It arrived pretty quickly but i was shocked at how they had "Packaged" it. They wrapped it in clingfilm and stuck my address label to that, nothing else!! It was clear to see what the product was and the clingfilm offered no protection at all.

The canvas itself had a patch of lights that did not light up. Possibly due to the non-existent packaging as on that particular part of the clingfilm is was covered in brown dirt like someone maybe had stepped on it.

When i informed the company of the fault i was told that if i wanted a replacement they would pay for the return and they enclosed a link to return it free by Royal Mail. I didn't particularly want to receive another one in such terrible packaging so i thought i would prefer a refund and buy the canvas again from another seller. And after reading reviews here of this company and checking out their feedback i had lost all confidence in them so i thought a refund would be better. Anyway the Royal Mail link they sent me told me that the product was too big so it did not qualify for the free return.

I was then told that if i wanted a refund that I would have to pay for the return myself. Even though it is faulty i would still have to pay for it myself and they would not refund that return postage. Now this is a large canvas and would cost a lot to return. I said i didn't think that it was right that a customer who receives a faulty item and just wants their money back has to pay themselves to return it and i just kept on getting the same email reply from a person called 'Emily' who clearly couldn't care less and kept on telling me that they only offer a free returns if you want a replacement.

After about 10 emails back and forth with 'Emily' who as i say kept on telling me the same thing over and over i gave up and told her to forget it and that i would contact Ebay. She then replied and sarcastically said she hoped that Ebay could resolve my issue.

Needless to say i would never shop with Cheaper-Online ever again. If you have had a bad experience with them please leave a review here and warn other potential customers. Companies like this that do not care about their customers need to be put out of business.

"Terrible"

Terrible, terrible company
RIP off - add on charges , claim overweight when not . Had to pay to get out of contract even though they were in breach of contract by delivering such a poor service
DO NOT USE THEM - EVER !

"Blatant liars"

Sent completely different products to what I ordered. Refused to acknowledge what they had done. Had to work hard get them to understand - they don't seem very bright. Terrible Customer Service. Would never use this company again. They scammed me. They have my money and I have useless tat that I can't use. The products I ordered are still misdescribed on their website and they are still showing pictures of completely different products to the products they shipped.
