I'm giving 5 stars for the product and the speed you sent my racking, but if you read these comments please stop using Evri for deliveries. I'd rather pay extra for a more reliable service. Wanting to order more from you but I won't if they are delivering. They are so unreliable. Have a think and improve your trade. So many people now shop in stores because of these cowboy delivery companies. Give options for what courier we want to use.

"I ordered a LED birch tree in December"
I ordered a LED birch tree in December, and within 2-3 days of using it, the lights stopped working on it. I contacted the company and they said I would need to send it back, and that I would need to cover the cost for packaging for it - baring in mind it was a 4ft tall tree, so I didn't have a box that size laying around and I certainly wasn't going to pay half the price of the item to get a box to send it back in.
Complete waste of money, and unhelpful customer service. Don't bother.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Ordered an outdoor storage cabinet from Cheaper Online LTD through The Range. After one day on rain it had a large puddle of water in the bottom so I requested a refund. After the courier they organised failed to collect the order twice, Cheaper Online LTD are now ignoring my emails and holding my refund. They have had now held onto £100 of my money for over 5 weeks. I tried engaging patiently and politely but they have just fobbed me off. An absolute joke of a company. Reported to Trading Standards.

I ordered my spiral Christmas tree from Cheaper Online in September and everything was just perfect. They kept me up-to date with my order, and delivery 🚚.
I opened my box yesterday and thought I had the wrong tree, as the instructions were for a normal tree not a spiral one. I phoned them up and spoke to Emily who was really helpful…. Wasn’t until after I put the phone down I realised it was the correct tree but wrong instructions. I let Emily know and sent her a picture of my tree assembled 😊
Amazing and would definitely buy from this site again!

"Ripped off"
I purchased a book called Animal Kingdom which I'd previously seen in a bookshop. It turns out what they sell isn't the real book, just a mini version of it probably worth about 1.99 not the listed price of 5.99. To pay 2.99 plus 3 for postage feels like daylight robbery. To call themselves 'cheaper shopping' is just not right.

Send out broken shobby items then refuse to refund. Customer service is none existent. Avoid like the plague.

I bought three planters from B&Q which turned out to be a 3rd party seller called Cheaper Online.
When I received the planters they were what I wanted but they were damaged, they were scored all around the widest part showing the plastic underneath. They were coated in a stone effect so this flaw made them look cheap and plastic.
I contacted B&Q who said I needed to chase it up with Cheaper Online.
Cheaper Online arranged replacements to be sent out and the replacements were not perfect but much better so I let them know I was happy with them.
They wanted the original ones returned so they arranged this through Yodel and let me know the day they were being collected but that day a courier didn't come to pick them up.
Cheaper Online went through B&Q to say I had failed to be in and have the package ready for collection.
B&Q contacted me regarding this and I was angry because I was home!
Cheaper Online then arranged another day for the courier (Yodel) to collect and again no courier came to get the package.
They contacted me again through B&Q to say I failed to return the package.
I sent a message to B&Q to tell them the problem I was having with the seller and the seller looked into it and got back to say sorry, Yodel had said they attempted to collect and I wasn't home but they had received a photo produced of their courier being two streets away from my home when they said they had tried.
They did apologise though I felt my time was being wasted.
Finally a third day was arranged and Yodel made sure a courier came to my address to collect which so happened they were also delivering another package to me at the same time.
The courier couldn't give me a receipt which I asked him for because I was feeling untrustworthy at this stage.
He said I would get tracking in an email which I did.
Lovely planters, same they aren't in perfect condition but not as bad as the first three sent and I did some googling and found the same planters on other retail websites and zoomed in to see the planters had the same issue with an unsatisfactory finish and were priced higher so that made me feel slightly better.
I'm happy Cheaper Online were quick to replace the scored planters with better ones before they even received the originals back.
As far as collection goes it turned out Yodel was at fault.
Despite the competitive price for the planters I wouldn't have bothered had I known they were factory flawed.(My opinion)
I have given Cheaper Online 4 stars because their customer service was good and all I can put fault to is the condition of these planters.

Ordered a wheelbarrow via B&Q. Arrived quickly but unfortunately the main part was damaged. Contacted the customer service team and Sandra organised a replacement straight away. It arrived within a couple of days. A big thank you to Sandra for all her help and for resolving the issue.

"Missing Legs!"
After receiving our order of garden furniture we discovered the table legs were missing. We contacted the customer service staff who were extremely helpful & courteous in their communications to us (especially Sandra). They went above & beyond to source our 'legs'! Would highly recommend and have used since and will again in the future. Many, many thanks for everything 😊👍
