"Terrible Customer Service"

Terrible Customer Service. A different name given each time they finally respond. Fail to read substance of problem and do not answer the question.
Not very helpful when dealing with issues, complaints, returns etc.
Would not recommend purchasing form this Company.

"The customer really is the king"

This Company really does treat the customer as king. It's something that's often really lacking in the United Kingdom, but I can't fault these guys for attention to detail and customer service.
I ordered an item from them on 14th November via ebay, and was astonished to find the postie at my door the following morning holding said product.
The item on this occasion was a Christmas Nativity scene and it really lives up to the description given and the pictures of it shown online at ebay. It also came at a very competitive price.
I definitely highly recommend Cheaper online

Terrible service
Was sent the wrong size xmas tree. Wouldn’t believe me asking for photos next to tape measure etc.
Refused to pay postage return. Amazon great and gave me refund as good will
Don’t buy from cheaper online unless willing to pay return costs

"I have never experienced such terrible…"

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from any company before. Reading their website reviews this week confirms, however, that their customer service is appalling generally. Knowing they are just horrible people actually makes me feel better as I am sure karma will do its thing. I am shocked though that Amazon allows them to sell through their marketplace - they are rude, argumentative and completely unreasonable. I agree with one of the other reviewers that they may be running a scamming operation which is tantamount to theft, so PLEASE do not buy from them. There are plenty of other lovely sellers out there! I sincerely hope they experience the same level of terrible customer service themselves very soon - they deserve to. Hopefully, with all these one star reviews stacking up they will be out of business soon enough.

"Cheaper Online and my experience"

Cheaper Online and my experience. I have ordered an Redwood camp folding chair on the 5th of may 2018. It cost me £11.75. The item duly arrived within 3 days and tried it straight away. In the past I had a camp folding chair with a safety catch. This one had none and from the onset it started to show the fault. The lover-bottom of the frame kept moving apart. The only thing that holds it together is a FLIMSY plastic hand rest. I contacted the company and was advised to send them a photo. I didn't want to waste my time and have suggested that they should try the same type of the chair at their depot and that they should confirm the payment of the parcel to sent back to them. Obviously they refused. My credit card issuer has stopped the payment.
There is a warning about this practice or I rather call it fleecing the customer: They are selling the faulty product to the public and they know it. Maybe many customers couldn't be bothered to spend more time arguing with them and are just counting their losses. I am spending app £3.90 for the postage to receive a refund of £11.40! £3.90 is a lot for me as an pensioner! I am sure there are other companies doing just the same. This is a downturn with the "distance" selling.
