The network is absolutely shocking paying for a service I am not receiving direct debit will be cancelled until network is resolved had nothing but trouble with the network from the day it was installed had many phone calls and only temporary fixes made

While you are with LILA everything is good. As soon as you decide to leave be careful. EE did the change for me and theycalled the next day to ask why...fine. Called again the next week and asked again...ok. Someone didn't log the call, its happens. The 3 weeks later and 5 days after the actual switch with EE they called again still apparently not knowing the content of the previous calls. This time actioned the switch and sent me an email to confirm. Then sent me an email about sending the router back, this being the first time that it had been mentioned. I called to clear this up and was told the previous calls were irrelevant and even refused to acknowledge they happened. (I have proof on my call log)Told me I will have to pay the £55 charge. I have requested that this goes higher up the customer service chain. Was told I would get a call back. 5 days later still nothing.
