Avoid Avoid avoid. Got my car back went to pay the ticked and switch the car off. It wouldn’t start again. The battery was completely drained. Called the guy who brought the car no answer, called the office to require someone to bring jump leads and they completely ignored me. Left the car with 304 miles on the clock and got it back at 322.9 . Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at any cost

"Cowboys"

Cowboys. Waited an hour for the guy to collect the car after phoning and an hour once we landed on the return journey. Bad communication. Bad service. Avoid!

I've used this company a few times now under their different guises and I'm quite fed up with them. Their meet and greet is stressful mainly because the people on the phone have zero customer service skills and they lack manners. Each time, we have had to wait on our arrival, they don't check your flight details and make their way to pick you up and they always leave your car dirty with soiled carpets. It was not rainy when we left or when we arrived so you can't help but wonder what is going on. They could at least use the paper mats that car valets use but overall they show an arrogance towards customer which is unacceptable.

Stay away from this company. You return home to find your car parked on the streets accumulating charges. Some people haven’t even been able to find their vehicles! Fraudulent company and I hope people read these reviews before parting with any cash!

"Fraud company"

Fraud company - an actual one - the police are aware of what they do. Luckily for me it didn't cost me any money as I reversed charged the payment through my bank :)

They charge people to leave their car and then don't even move it or give you the keys back. This racked up £340 worth of charges. Luckily, the car park let me off with aid of the police ands then I reversed charged the money anyway, thanks to the bank.

Just reported to trading standards and watchdog - enjoy!!

"DO NOT USE!"

DO NOT USE!! Absolute Disgrace and nightmare company.

Airport Parking Essentials took our money, left our car in a multi-storey carpark for a week, accruing a £340 parking fee and dropped our keys off in to a police station. They don't answer their phones and knowingly did this to us.

After speaking to Manchester Airport Security, we were informed that the company declared bankruptcy and handed all their customer car keys into the police station without informing anyone. Apparently we were the lucky ones and some unfortunate customers have no idea where their cars are, as the Airport Parking Essentials dumped the vehicles on random streets or carparks, with nobody having any knowledge of their whereabouts.

By acting as a 'booking agent' it negates any responsibility they have in ensuring safe parking and return of any vehicle and the only reason this isn't car theft is because car keys are handed over consensually.

"I arrived back from my business trip…"

I arrived back from my business trip and checked over my car and all seemed OK, i left Heathrow airport and once i hit the M25 the drivers wing mirror fell off, i pulled over and checked the mirror and it was covered in fingerprints where they had tried to push the mirror back on, i contracted them by Mobile straight away and they said to send emails in the morning of the damage, i did this but never had a response, i have tried calling the mobile No again but with no one answering, i have threatened them with Legal action but still not a single response, please do not become a victim of this company.

This is a bogus company designed to rip you off. Do not use them! They took my money did not fulfill the service I had to arrange alternative parking last minute at huge extra expense and these cowboys had the cheek to send me an email requesting I review my experience. I wish I had looed them up on trustpilot first 66% negative customers experiences!!!

"Car returned filthy with 38 extra miles on the clock -DO NOT USE!"

When we received the car back at London Stansted, the car had been driven 38 miles more than when we left it. Also the outside of the car was filthy and the door mats were muddy. The driver admitted that the car was parked in a field. Do not use this company!

"Cancelled on me 12 hours beforehand. DO NOT USE"

Cannot believe it 6pm the night before, a txt not even a call, meet and greet is cancelled for the morning. Telephone number is off, so angry the night before the holiday I am running around trying to get a lift sorted.
