Asked to pay for car park when dropping off, the lady who dropped car off refunded me and she was excellent.

A really terrible experience. Phoned prior to arrival to confirm meeting place, told it was inside West Car Park. Driver arrived half an hour later, then told we had to pay a £4.50 car park charge so he could take the car out. On return phoned when we cleared the baggage hall and told to return to the West Car Park. 45 minutes later the driver finally arrived and we then had to pay another £4.50 to get the car out of the car park. An experience you do not need at 3am. Complete bunch of amateurs DO NOT USE!
