"AVOID!! Called 50 times (1hr), no answer. Company on a mobile number"

AVOID!
Tried calling the MOBILE number provided several times 30mins away from Gatwick & couldn't get through. Finally got an answer after several attempts and met a plain-clothed scruff that took my car, making us question the so-called companies professionalism.
Nearly missed our flight! We are husband and wife with a 3-year-old.

When we arrived back our flight was delayed by 1 hour. Called the number for an hour, ENGAGED. I went up to the car park (leaving my family in arrivals) where i dropped the car and found several other groups of people trying to call the dodgy mobile number who were also waiting to get through or had been waiting for over 3 hours for their car to arrive.
I finally got through after 52 times. A rude person said the car would be 30 minutes to arrive and that the car was 10 miles away. I told him it was unacceptable and he hung up the phone!
Ended up getting home 2 hours later than expected due to this company plus the delayed flight.

Best advice from me is AVOID THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY

Btw, the website was slow so assume it was just thrown together. just tried it and found it is offline. V dodgy!

Going into the airport for the drop-off, had a very very rude person talking to my partner, to the point where if it was at all refundable I would have preferred to cancel the booking and pay whatever to use any other service.

On the way back we followed the instructions and called as soon as we took our luggage to only wait for over an hour and keep chasing for the car. Definitely never booking with them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We used the meet and greet service at Manchester airport. The driver was an hour late meeting us to collect our car and at that had the wrong paperwork, with the wrong car details. We were running late at this point, so foolishly did not make extra checks as we should have.

On return from our holiday, we called the mobile number as instructed. The man said he had no booking under my details. Without exaggeration I made 50 phone calls between the hours of 00:30 and 04:00 with him either saying; they didn't have our car, they didn't have our keys; hanging up on me and telling me that maybe I should get a taxi home. We had our two young children with us and were left with no option but to get a hotel room. We received a text at 08:30 saying they had found our car and the keys. An hour later my husband was told to meet the driver in the multi storey car park, not at the meet and greet area at Terminal 3.

This company and its employees are not trustworthy and quite frankly ruined our holiday.

Our trouble started as soon as we got to the airport. Rather than go to the formal car parking pick up / drop off they told us to go to the passenger set down area. After waiting for 20 mins the airport staff moved us on. At this point we were told to go to the car parking drop off.

Once there, I waited half an hour for a driver. Communications were horrific. When the driver arrived he forced me to pay for parking (against their T’s and C’s) before he would take my car.

I contacted customer support twice via email to complain, no response. These guys really don’t care.

I worried the entire time I was on holiday about what state my car would be in and found myself just being grateful to get it back in one piece.

Manager or whoever holds mobile phone for contact, is rude, cuts off phone or doesn't answer. Caused us to have £13 parking charges on top of initial charge, due to not answering phone and getting our car way too early and leaving it longer than 30 minutes in short stay car park. On picking up car at Gatwick, the mileage had gone up by 48 miles, raising questions whether they used our car whilst away or where on earth they are parking them?? Steer well clear.

Absolute waste of money. We booked their meet and great service for 4 days at Manchester airport. When we were 20/30 minutes away we rang to let them know what time we would be arriving and we could not get through as the line was busy. We called for nearly 30 minutes straight and finally someone answered but told us to call us back later!!! I ended up having to keep the car at the official airport car park for triple the amount I should have paid, almost missed my flight from waiting around so much, and never received a refund!! They continue to ignore my emails. Do not use this service.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Hidden charges, late show ups by the chauffeur (meaning a further parking charge due to no fault of your own), no reply or communication by email, and they don't answer the phone when you call to receive your car back upon landing back at your airport. Very poor experience and companies like this should be avoided at all cost.

Terrible service. Had my car booked in for 10:30. I rung them when I was 30 minutes away and got told to head to the drop off and someone will meet me there. I got into the airport drop off at 10:20 so gave them a little time. It got to 10:40 and gave them a call to be told he was on his way and will be 5 minutes. 10 minutes past and still nobody so I called them again, this time to be told he was at the wrong terminal and is walking to me!! By this time I was getting very stressed as I needed to check in. Just after 11 he arrived, this was after 10 phone calls from myself, I had not been contacted by them.
Now for the way back..
Landed at 9am and rung them when I got my bags, to be told he will be on his way. 30 minutes later no luck, rung and got told he will be there in 5. In the end it took a whole hour before they arrived with my car.
I have never been so frightened both times that someone wouldn't show up and collect it and then the second time I thought I wouldn't get my car back. Will never use this again.

I called for them to deliver my car at 1.25pm when we were collecting out luggage as instructed. I was told 30min to arrive. When no one had arrived after 45min, I called and was told the driver was entering the building, then nothing for 10min and called again and was told they couldn't locate the driver and would call me back. No one arrived or called so I called again and was told the driver was entering the building. Nothing for another 10min and the driver arrived 1hr and 15min after I first called and said he was despatched 10min earlier. Also, the car was full of mud inside and outside in a worse condition than when I dropped it. This is appalling service, the dispatcher lied a number of times and me and my family were left very stressed and late to get home after a long trip, Will not use this service ever again.
