"Terrible!!!!!!"

Terrible. Blatantly used my car for the ten days and I know this as 30 miles gone and destinations entered into my in built sat nav. Arrival and departure driver took an hour to get to us. Made our travels very stressful and drivers were not at all professional. Avoid this company at all costs! I’m disappointed to say the least

"Heathrow T5 still waiting for 1 hour…"

Heathrow T5 still waiting for 1 hour after calling to get car with 3 children and a night flight!! Rang and rang the other they avoiding calls - disgusting! Excuse - floods, for 1hr and 20 mins so far whilst everyone else doesn’t have a problem. BA and terminal 5 should NOT allow them to operate and I will be writing to tell them just that. Do not use!!!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

I am shocked and disgusted with the service that I received for our meet and great parking! As per the email we called half an hour before arriving at stansted and spoke to a man (James?) He said to call again when we were 5 minutes away as we were running a little early. We then called again when we were 5 minutes away and got told to enter the orange short stay car park and pull up by row G by the bollards. We did this and waited and waited and waited. I called again after 20 minutes of waiting and was told them man had been dropped up. But we said no one was there. We also were travelling with a baby and toddler so it was very difficult hanging around in a car park. This guy said he’d make a call then call us back. He didn’t 10 minutes later we called again and said this was unacceptable and where was the person meeting us. The guy then hung up on us! We tried calling back for 10 minutes and he kept rejecting our calls on purpose. It was so stressful! The kids were cold fed up as we had been standing outside with all our luggage now for 40 minutes and I tired all the numbers on the email and the man at the end of the mobile kept hanging up on us. We didn’t know what to do my husband then got back into the car to look about moving it to another car park as we had presumed we had been scammed. You had our money, sent no one to get our car and had no one to speak too. It was awful. We have only ever used the stansted official meet and greet and have always had an amazing experience. This was ridiculous. We paid £95 for this awful experience. So my husband paid the parking ticket and went to find another car park then a man turned up to collect the car! He then also tried to call the main contact and just got hung up on too. I managed to get my husband to come back and hand over the car as we were running out of time. This whole stressful experience with a toddler and a 10 month old lasted one hour! How on earth is this stress free meet and great! I expect an explanation and a refund. It was a horrible unprofessional service and this man need sacking!

I’ve tried emailing over 10 days ago no reply. I’ve also filled out the online form about this issue and have had no response. Lastly I’ve tried calling and no answer and mailbox full???

I finally managed to get hold of someone who said they would look into my complaint. That was two months ago. It had just been ignored.

Please avoid at all cost

"ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!"

I'm going on holiday with my mum and she booked parking at Stansted airport using this sham of a company.
Luckily I am fairly tech-savvy and an avid reviewer so I researched the company straight away and saw these horrifying reviews.
I called to request a refund - how can they expect us to go through with the booking when there are horrendous reviews of cars coming back broken, people missing flights?
It took 5 calls before someone answered. From what I could make out from his illegible mumbling, was that it was a non-refundable booking and they are 'just the booking agents'. I also wrote to their Facebook page with no response.
Luckily the bank have reimbursed the money, and have been made aware of this company - hopefully they get shut down! Very happy to proceed with booking direct with the airport - reputable, and at a cost of only £5 extra.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

They left us stranded on the motorway after their careless staff had kicked the accelerator pedal off at the plastic hinge and broke it, then left us with the car keys without a check or handover. When we tried to call them 5 mins later they didn't even ask if we were okay or if they could help us at all. As soon as I said we are in trouble on the motorway the lady on the phone just started shouting over me saying they are not liable but she didn't even listen to what the problem was. SO appalled by them, I couldn't even call it a service as it was more like a trauma! So glad we didn't have children in the car stranded on the motorway with us!!

"Not even worth that one star"

Not even worth that one star. I wrote a review already on this cowboy company but I still can't believe how they used my car all week while we were away. They literally drained the tank and covered the car in mud from getting in an out. We had to stand in the cold for over 2 hours when we arrived in the UK waiting for them to arrive. Every time I rang they were just driving into the airport... absolute bull... they had been smoking in my car and I found a lighter and a cigarette down the side of the seat.
DO NOT use these. Avoid at all costs. Bunch of cowboys that don't give a hoot.

"this company doesnt look after your car.."

i used this company to park my brand new car at Gatwick airport last month and when i returned from holiday a young lad who was returning my car, told me my car was the fastest he had driven....my car also had damage to the wheel and a chunk of tyre missing along with over a quarter of tank of fuel missing. my car was 4 days old !!
when i wrote in and complained they told me to read the terms and conditions and that they wernt liable. they offered me a discount if i used them again as compensation.
Beware of this company they dont look after your car.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I left my car with 85 miles left in the tank and got back to only 15 - when calling the 'office' a VERY rude man tried to tell me that the miles decrease depending on the type of driving that is being done and that their 'compound' is a 35mile round trip from Stansted - so what happened to the other 35 miles?!! He was VERY rude and put the phone down on ME!!!
Complete cowboys. Rude. Dishonest.

If you want to arrive at the airport and know with confidence your car is going to be collected under no circumstances use this company. The phone numbers advising of my arrival did not exist.

they are part of fly park plus so avoid them as well
