Beware this company unable to contact on day of drop off or since lost money paid try elsewhere

collected my car 22 september at 4am. I noted the driver being somewhat Quick in the car park. He couldn't wait to get away! However we found that my dash camera has been physically ripped off, I know this as it has been in my car since I purchased it and it was properly installed with a solid mount. We pulled your driver back and this was subsequently found thrown in the back of my car. It has been damaged and the mount broken too. This is there for insurance purposes.
So I wanted some answers. First why? This is my property and is part of my vehicle which I entrusted to your company. What do you have to hide? It had not been placed there to spy, it is a legal dash camera which reduces my insurance premium. I will now get a replacement cost for the damaged unit and mout which I will submit to you for payment as your employee ripped it off and threw it about in my car. I will see if there is recoverable footage to check your driver's behaviour which I would not have done, but in this event I feel there must be something to hide. I've used a lot of these operations, this is the worst. They don't even reply!!!!

Terrible service do not use. Rude telephone manner, cannot service bookings. They took 2 hours to return my car on landing at Manchester airport! They gave me 3 different meeting points over the phone initially for my outbound journey - overall a terrible experience. They may be one one of the cheaper providers but extremely bad inefficient service

"The right parking company."

The drop off procedure was fairly painless and we felt confident we had chosen the right parking company. On our return, we called after collecting our luggage (as per instructions) and called the mobile number. We were told it would take 15-20 minutes to have the car delivered. After many calls and broken promises, the car was finally delivered more than one and a half hours after the initial call. Most disappointing service indeed!
