The services were very good but not perfect, and I didn’t mind it because the price was good and they were offering a discount. For me it was good, but it can be great, I am sure. I didn’t experience any problem, but there is a space of improvement.

Absolutely horrendous customer service waited an hour for car to be picked up and over an hour to get it back. After a 12 hour flight it’s the last thing you need. Guy on the phone was so rude. I would NEVER use this service

"Bad experience with meet and greet"
Bad experience with meet and greet. Waited for almost an hour for them to come and meet us at Heathrow. They kept saying driver is 5 minutes away but he certainly wasn't.Same happened on return. Waited over 40 minutes after being told he was 10 minutes away. I phoned numerous times both ways and just got lied to.

Efficient service to and from the airport. Very helpful staff, cheerful even at 2am! No problems or delays, have used them several times now and happy to continue doing so.

Do not use this company. I had a very bad experience with their Service. I dropped the car off on the 11th Oct at Gatwick Airport and collected it back on the 21 st Oct. When i got back i checked the milage and it has driven over 60 miles since i dropped the car off and my coffee mug stolen from the car. They had also ramped my boot as if stuff were taken out for the car being used and chucked back in. I have complained to Airport Parking Essentials over the phone and they casually asked me to e-mail the Head office as if this is normal for them.
I have reported them to the BPA and hope this company gets investigated as they are stealing peoples money and using the cars whilst people leave their car with this company.

"AVOID AVOID DO NOT USE."
DO NOT USE......... (GATWICK) MY CAR WAS USED TO VISIT MCDONALDS WHILE I WAS ON HOLIDAY.
We left our vehicle with ParkOne Gatwick on 8th Sept at around 2.30 pm and collected it on 20th Sept at around 00.30am.
On collection there was an empty drink can and coffee cup which we spotted and was removed by the driver.
On our arrival home we then found more rubbish just thrown into the rear passenger footwell.
This packaging was from a McDonald's breakfast and according to the packaging was prepared freshly 08.40.
As the car was left mid afternoon and collected just after midnight the food could not have been
purchased either to or from collection or delivery.
We emailed Airport Parking Essentials several times to get some sort of explanation, but have had zero response. I can only assume that they cannot explain away why my car was used whilst in their care, so chose to ignore me. They did not even have the common courtesy to confirm receipt of my email.
Had the rubbish not been left in my vehicle I would have had no idea that this had happened. Sadly this has now coloured my judgement of meet and greet parking and I will not now use any meet and greet services again.

DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS.... took 2 hours and 8 calls to get my car back to me at Heathrow. They told me they were on the way, traffic problems, 10 minutes away and finally that they’d not even left yet after 2 hours waiting. They said that they would refund me but guess what, they’re not replying to my emails. Yes they were the cheapest... now I know why !!

AVOID this company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Additional parking charges (cash) requested when driver collected / delivered car @Manchester T3. Had to chase multiple times when arrived back from holiday to get car returned - calls not answered. Had to wait over 50mins for car to eventually arrive after eventually being told it would be 20mins. Car delivered with flat tire which driver had driven to the airport whilst flat so no checks done before delivering car. Cost me a new tire for the car. When driver challenged over this, he quickly handed over the parking disk (which I had to pay to exit parking) and then quickly disappeared - not to be seen again. Return procedures breached. Also, car returned with lots of leaves on roof / bonnet so don't know where the car was parked - assume not in a secure parking area. Many attempts to contact APE over this but calls not being answered. Sent complaint to APE. Worst parking experience ever. Will never use them again - AVOID.
