"My first "E-Bike""

Purchased my first "E Bike" from 50 Cycles a few weeks ago not realising that there are on my doorstep. I had done a bit of homework and had narrowed my choice down to three bikes. The advice was very helpful and also being able to have test ride allowed me to pick the right bike. Excellent service.

Mark and the staff were great. I was able to take the cycle out for a test ride which was great .
They were able to answer a number of questions regarding charging methods and serving.
Great friendly approch with no hard sale, they just let the cycle do it's works.
Recommend anyone who is interested in obtaining a cycle first first them.

Just bought my fourth e-bike from them and I absolutely love it. (I've still got three of the bikes I've bought there, I like upgrading every couple of years and my family use the older ones as they're very well built so still run as good as new really).

The quality of these bikes is first class. I have done thousands of miles over the years as I commute 25 miles most days, and they rarely need servicing. 8 years, four bikes and thousands of miles in all weathers later I've only had to take one bike back in for repair once, and only one battery has depleted and needed replacing across all four bikes over all those journeys. All batteries actually have exactly the same range as they day I got them and most are well beyond the 500 recharge cycles 50Cycles advertise as their limit. Like I say, very high quality kit.

Service is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble and customer loyalty is definitely recognised and rewarded by these guys. Also they are absolute experts on e-Bikes and their technical know-how and infrastructure must be the best in the country by a wide margin.

Quite honestly I would never buy an e-Bike anywhere else.

"Great Service from 50 Cycles"

Bought a Kalkoff bike from 50 Cycles London branch some 7 years ago and bike has proved to be extremely reliable and typical of a German manufactured bike. At the time of sale 50 Cycles were extremely helpful and gave good advice letting me test ride a number of bikes. I recently had to take the bike back to the Loughborough workshop to look at a problem which basically I had caused and no fault of the bike. What fantastic service, they dropped everything to review the problem and had me back on the road within half an hour - this is customer service as it should be :-)
