This is the first time I have shipped belongings to my son in New Zealand.The whole process was made easy by the helpful patient staff.Thankyou to Charlie.

"Moved from UK to SA"

Moved from UK to SA. The packing was terrible. In total 24 items broken and some missing. We were held to the letter for accountability. We were advised to take their protective cover and on a claim of almost £2000 we were offered £200. Had to claw for an extra £136 on items. Apparently our fault as they choose the value on ‘sold’ second hand items without any knowledge of the quality or condition of ours. We are left so much poorer at the end of the day. The extra cover cost in the region of £3500. PSS were approached and I have yet to receive a reply. So so disappointed and exhausted from the process after a major move! We had a 40ft consignment so they did well out of the deal. We have friends coming back from UK and they asked us what we thought of PSS. Had to be honest. All we asked was for a fair outcome. Not one response from them!!!!!!!taken four months to eventually give up. Really really disappointed as our son used them and recommended them. Never again!!!
And PSS replies to a bad review suggesting I approach them. What on earth do you think I have been doing for four months!
From the get go, had rep measure tv and mirror for crates to be made. We were charged, then told because I didn’t give my own measurements they required they weren’t made! This on day two of the actual move. We had to put our items into storage for a few months. PSS didn’t indicate the actual size of the load (how do you miss a 40ft FULL container in unpacking?)and so delivery was split into two separate delivery dates initially a week apart. We had to fight to get delivery within two days of each other. No bits box? All the bits were between boxes which made unpacking even more difficult.
I understand how the removal claims system works. However when we were advised by PSS representative that the additional protective cover is a better option than maritime insurance and it turns out only better for companies receiving the large cover amount, not the consumer, then clearly our interests were not what was being looked after. Perhaps PSS could contact us instead of suggesting I continue to follow up…

Incredible ! Perfect service for moving without worries.
I planned a moving from Edinburgh to South of France with my belongings including a TV. Mister John Seed was in charge of my file, then Mrs Milica Karan. Both were very professional, efficient, available for all my questions. The day of the moving, the staff is packing for you with all the materials. They were very fast and strong and careful with the boxes.
Once in France, it took 4 weeks for my belongings to arrived safe and sound! Nothing broken or else. The movers were careful too and carried the boxes where I needed them.
To summarize, I am more than satisfied by the whole team from PSS int. removals for their kindness, efficiency, professionalism. I can just recommend their services, the price is also cheaper than wherever else.
If I need to move again I will definitely ask their services again.

What an incredible experience we had with pss international.
Everything went smoothly customer service was superb,the packing team went above expectations very efficient friendly and punctual.
All our furnitures were handled with care and well secured inside the container very professional thank you.

What made this service outstanding ultimately was the fact that everything was professionally and carefully packed and it all arrived together and in one piece.
The guy who came to pack my things up did an excellent job, was really friendly, quick and efficient. Same for the people who delivered my things at the other end.
The one thing that could be improved is the hand offs between the internal people, the sales guy to the UK move manager and then the handover to their partner company. There didn't seem to be much joined up communication between them, so I ended up having to field the same questions and provide documents multiple times which became confusing and should be easily avoidable. The main thing though for me was that it all arrived safely so all OK in the end, hence the reason I have waited until everything is unpacked before writing this review.
