Update the team have failed to respond to my email but have replied to this review showing they only care about external presence. Don’t be fooled by this company. They also think wrapping a tv in cardboard is adequate and taking no responsibility of the damage they caused. Trying to get away with it by saying they sent me pictures! Did they test the TV no!! Reply is full of lies do not trust, and again no response to me directly.
I cannot stress enough how bad our experience with PSS has been. It started off well the initial quote and sales team were great, and we felt confident in our decision. Unfortunately, that’s where the good service ended.

PSS repeatedly missed communications from us, leading to our belongings not being shipped on time. As a result, when we arrived at our overseas home, we had to buy new furniture just to get by. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to shift the blame onto us. When you're moving abroad, the last thing you need is unnecessary stress, and PSS made an already challenging process even worse.

To make matters worse, our shipment did not leave on the dates promised. The whole process was chaotic, with far too many people involved, causing confusion at every stage. The attitude from the team was dismissive and unprofessional there was no sense of urgency or responsibility. PSS claims to be a family-run business, yet they operate like a massive corporation that simply doesn’t care about its customers.

The biggest issue has been the damage to my 85-inch TV. I ordered a crate for it well in advance, but on moving day, PSS failed to bring it and instead wrapped it in flimsy cardboard. Unsurprisingly, the TV arrived damaged and completely unwatchable. Despite clear evidence of their negligence, they have refused to take responsibility, hiding behind their terms and conditions. As of today, March 22nd, I am still waiting for reimbursement.

I would strongly advise anyone considering PSS to look elsewhere. This company does not care about its customers, their belongings, or the stress they cause during an already overwhelming time. Avoid at all costs!

Our Move Manager has been thorough too, keeping us informed and helping with the dreaded Customs forms. So far it’s all been great.
