"What an amazingly wonderful company!!!"

PSS is an amazing company. They are quite large but interact with each customer as though that customer is the only one they have. I am moving to another continent and PSS has handled each aspect of the move as though it is just another day at work. Katie Lawson guided me through the first month. I called her far too often. She never complained and always helped me no matter what I needed. Then I was handed over to Milica Karan who is still working with me after 6 weeks and still treating me like no task is too large, no question is too difficult. Milica managed the preparation for the movers to come here, pack everything and take it away. The movers, Kian, Mark and Robert, were simply amazing. They were congenial, very cooperative and accommodated my every request. They even returned 20 minutes after they left because I realized I had forgotten to include a rug. I called Milica and she contacted them for me. Really. I've moved many, many times over the years and have literally NEVER had such an amazingly positive experience with a moving company. It is clear that the company culture at PSS is unique and encourages their employees to treat their customers as very important people. Thank you, PSS!!!

From the quote to the shipping container leaving my home the process went well. I did have issue at one stage in which the shipping container was not going to be delivered to my house for packing, however, Milica from PSS sorted it all out and it went to plan. The Guys Paul & Bill from Pinnacle removals done an excellent job packing and fitting everything in the container perfectly as per the quote. Big thanks to PSS for the great service. Hopefully it’s the same experience when I get to Australia to receive the container.

First time we have posted anything as big as this abroad. We hadn't a clue and the staff were brilliant. Friendly, happy, knowledgeable and confident. Things that I didn't fully understand and I was anxious about were immediately resolved. The men who came to collect were quick, effcient and took great care of our item.
