So far, my experience with this moving company has been excellent. They’ve already collected all my belongings for delivery to Cyprus, and everything has gone smoothly up to this point. The team was very polite and professional when I placed the order over the phone, and communication has been clear and friendly throughout. Everything was picked up on time, and the process has been well-organized and stress-free. I’m confident the delivery will go just as well and would definitely recommend them based on the service I’ve received so far.

Our experience with this company in shipping our things to the UK has been appalling. We were told we would get our things, which we need to live and work, within 2 to 2.5 months. our things are a actually in the UK - and have been for 2 weeks - but I was told it would be another 2-4 weeks before I get them as they can't drive to Scotland with only my things. I have been charged hidden fees, asked for photographic evidence of where I live, which I provided a number of times, and now in a nonchalant way I'm told it will be a few more weeks. I need my things to live and work, I can't buy them again; I hired this company based on their time commitment which they continue finding reasons not to honour. I even agreed to have my boxes dropped on the sidewalk so I can walk them inside myself, since they also wanted to charge me for doing that. We have used other removal companies in the past, and will use those in the future. I would strongly advise against using PSS to bring things into the UK / Scotland. The US office on the other hand is very efficient and responsive.
