Car 5945 The driver was harassing other drivers on the road in a 40 mile and hour zone whilst speeding. His erratic driving concerned my family and was endangering other drivers on the road.

"Completely unreliable, avoid"
Booked two 8 seaters to take 10 people to the football, paid in advance. And then to pick us all up at 5.30 sharp as we had an appt in town. One turned up, the plan being to take half of the party, then come back for the other half. Annoying but not a major problem because we had lots of time.
The problem was the return. At half past 4 they called me to say they couldn't carry out my paid for booking and wanted my card number to refund the payment, as the drivers were fasting. After a row, the controller said they could pick us up much later, and wanted to refund the original booking and take a new payment.
After explaining that if they couldn't do the booking, don't accept it!!! And don't ring me during the match to tell me!
Eventually they managed to get one multi-seater for 5.30 and then to go back to pick the rest up. Meaning that most of the group missed the band we were trying to get back for.
Felt a bit sorry for the drivers themselves as they were doing their best, but everyone seriously let down by the organisation. Complete shambles, avoid.

"Finally got around to leaving a review…"
Finally got around to leaving a review for Arrow Cars, East Midlands. Outstanding service, especially late at night, I had car issues in the meet and greet and was left with two options, sleep in my car until the RAC got there at 7am, or try to get the car going.
The team who were on the late shift jumped to the rescue and between them and one of their drivers, I was on my way home to my family. I cannot thank them enough, especially considering I wasn't even a paying customer! Next time I got to East Midlands I will be bringing something to say thanks!

"Disappointingly poor service "
We pre-booked a taxi to pick us up from our flight returning to Leeds Bradford Airport. My understanding was that the taxi would be ready and waiting to meet us, as we were promised that they would track flights in case of delays. However, there was no sign of a taxi and the controller said it would be five minutes. Fifteenth minutes later I asked how much longer it would be. Just five minutes, she told me! After another ten minutes, a dirty, scruffy rattling people carrier appeared. It was a disappointingly poor ending to what had been a lovely holiday. To be constructive, I would suggest training controllers and drivers in the basics of good service, punctuality and effective communication; then, insist on high standards of vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Probably the best way to achieve this is for Leeds Bradford Airport to withdraw the right to a monopoly which Arrow Cars have enjoyed for far too long.
