I recently had a frustrating experience with the support team regarding a query I opened. It took three months to resolve the initial issue, which significantly impacted my ability to do my job accurately.
After a system update, I encountered issues and reached out multiple times. While the support team was always polite and responsive, they only informed me that they were aware of the problem, with no clear timeline for resolution.
What was particularly disappointing was the lack of communication; I found out the problem was resolved by accident, rather than receiving any notification from the team. .
Although I appreciate the team's courteous communication, the delays and lack of proactive updates made this experience quite problematic. I hope to see improvements in their communication and resolution processes in the future.

In my most recent contact I was frustrated as the problem I thought had been resolved had created another problem. However when I contacted Egress and explained the new problem they accepted that it was down to an error on their part. Immediately a manager was informed and the problem was dealt with and it does seem to be completely sorted now. I was pleased that they didn't try to avoid taking responsibility. That was refreshing.
