"The WORST form format I have ever used"

The WORST form format I have ever used. Took 2 hours to complete and then it seemed it was all to get my email address in order to send me marketing material and for no other reason that I could think of. I complained and received the most dreadful reply which was too complicated to deal with, so I wrote again advising them of their ‘mistakes’. I received another email addressing me with an ‘Hi’ ( are these administrators posing as my friend? ) and ‘Mrs’ when I specifically asked to be refers to as ‘Miss’ and again too complicated for me to follow their instructions. Their grammar was appalling as well as insulting. What is the NHS doing using such a dreadful firm? Altogether I have received 8 emails and all of them are muddled and impossible to interpret.

"My organisation purchased Egress for…"

My organisation purchased Egress for the first time. The Support service was extremely helpful in explaining and arranging for us to have an invoice of the purchase as we were unaware we needed a VAT number. We first received a receipt but then the support service arranged the invoice which we received quickly. This was helpful and a good experience dealing with staff.

"Secure emails"

I use egress for emails with attachments to ensure that they are protected. It’s easy to use but I wish egress would remember past used email addresses.

I seeked help with my problem I have/had. They are very understanding, run through a lot of questions with you. Very supportive.. had my 1st workshop on Tuesday it was amazing, i could relate to most of the things the guy was talking about, I have brought his book he wrote about his journey

"I find Egress normally fine to use"

I find Egress normally fine to use, but there are times when it won't let us open an email and yet I am doing all the same things, same password etc. This last time there was a problem, a lady came back by email very quickly. The problem was sorted out, but as we are a big organisation I wasn't sure what had gone wrong, how it was fixed and more importantly, how we can prevent the problem happening next time. Courteous & speedy service, but left with questions, hence only 4 stars. Thanks.

"Absolutely detest this waste of space"

Absolutely detest this waste of space. I am forced to use for my virtue signalling company. Just awful. Despite using the correct password Outlook rejects it forcing me to use my mobile to ok each time I use. Not only is this system utterly unnecessary it is poorly implemented, cumbersome and just a complete irritatnt.

"NO support, platform useless for 4 months and still no solution"

We used the platform for more than 3 years. During this period several periods of server side problems. We had to detect that some functonalities of the platform stopped functioning suddenly. Luckily we could solve it oursellves. The last issu however: the platform stopped working in august. During months we waited for them tot solve the server side problem. The confirmed every time they were working on it on highest priority. 4 (!) months later they came with an update that would solve the problem an restore the funcitonalities we were using daily: the update did not help anything. So, for months now our platform is down. We can not send any mail to our referring dentist. Our company dammage is significant. We quit the platform . DO NOT USE IT. THERE SERVICE LEVEL IS VERY BAD!
