I started from a base level of no knowledge at all about egress but I had to use it because one of my service providers required it as an option for secure communication. Took a bit of time to chat with the bot before I got on to an agent and thereafter he led me through it and I was able to master its use. I marked it 4 star becausse when I got to the agent, he was very helpful and understanding but until then there was not a clear simple set of instructions for non savvy new users with scant tech knowhow. But I got there and thanks to the help desk

Egress seems to be a bit of a scam, you need credits to reply to emails but they dont tell how much they are.
you get 25 free 1 per email then you have to subscribe, to continue sending emails,they wont tell you if the sender is a paid member, so less than helpful
