My sister unfortunately broke her right leg a few weeks before Thanksgiving & our cruise was scheduled for March. Her doctor told her in December she would not be able to return to work for four months. So that also meant she would not be fully mobile until then. So I cancelled the upcoming cruise & we were able to get a portion of the deposit. It was very quick after giving the supporting documents for a medical reason.

Three days before we were to leave on a cruise ,both my husband and myself were diagnosed with Covid 19.We notified the Cruise line who referred us to Aon Affinity.The customer service person was very helpful explaining that we have to provide proof and the procedure we had to follow. The on-line steps were too hard for me so they allowed us to fax the Doctor's statement. Once the received the info we received our refund within a week. A clean and sufficient process. Excellent service. Thank you.
